"Such a good choice: - 2 couples, each of us had our own "wing", bathroom and sense of privacy- patio/deck is expansive, well furnished in shade and in the sun and at night. It is indeed a beautiful view.- All the furniture, art and kitchen stuff felt more like a home than a rental place. Good taste, but not pretentious.- Very responsive host, daily check ins over the course of our week there."

"We really enjoyed our stay! As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a lot of street noise as it’s such a great central location. I found it easy to sleep just by running the fan as white noise and there are fewer cars and noisy passers-by overnight anyway. The courtyard is beautiful and although our trip was packed with activities so we didn’t spend much time at the house other than to sleep, we’d stay again. Moises was very helpful and responsive. Muchas gracias!"

"I stayed for 6 nights and explored Oaxaca city and the surrounding area. This place was perfectly located in the artsy area of the city. There is not a ton of natural light in the main room and middle bedroom, but I stayed in the room with lots of light facing the front entrance and it was duvine. It was great having a kitchen and coffee pot for saving on eating out! But eat out a little as the food in Oaxaca is amazing. "

Hubo un problema con el pago (por parte de la app), me comentaron que tenía que hacerlo por fuera de la app pero por temas personales no podía hacerlo cuando me dijeron, el banco tuvo temas con mi cuenta y me retrasaría más tiempo, a lo que el contacto me amenazó con “quemarme si no hacía el depósito a tiempo”. No lo recomiendo, además de que nunca dan la cara."

"Dieter was consistently an excellent communicator and sought to attend to our requests. The location is within walking distance to the tourist neighborhoods. If you need a quiet room, consider renting one of the apartments that do not front the street. There is a streetlight that beams through the lovely white curtains so consider bringing a sleeping mask. We were unlucky to have a three day interruption of internet service. "
