"This property was in a great location. We turned our rental car in as this was walkable to museums, dining and Zocolo. Didn't need it. Place was also very quiet being in the heart of a noisy city. Also felt very safe and secure with locked entry gates. Plenty of amenities and staff were ultra friendly and had helpful recommendations."

"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "Amazing location and great property. The courtyard is lovely and the property is spacious. We had 5 people (3 adults, 2 children) and had plenty of room. The bathroom water pressure & hot water was amazing (sounds like a small thing until you check out other plumbing in the area).
