It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! It looks nice, though the rooms are not quite as nice as shown in the pictures on its website. It is no longer a ‘luxury’ hotel. The bed linen, headrest, cushions, etc, are tired and well-past their ‘best by’ dates. They need to be replaced. The fridge in our room was very noisy at night.
