The real joy though was sitting on the absolutely beautiful patio deck overlooking the water, the sunsets were stunning. The only negative was no wifi but Tommasso brought us a modem. And the thirty stairs to get to the unit. It’s not a problem for most but I have mobility issues "

"Fantastic location. Great swimming from the rocky shore as long as it is fairly calm. If rougher there is a good beach a very short drive away. Interior of property is getting a bit tired. Showers are basic and need some maintenance. The property is overpriced, reflecting the location rather than the property as a whole. We also had a problem with cats on the property that appear to have been fed by previous guests. This meant that we could not really eat outdoors nor leave doors or windows open...

"We loved our stay here so much!! There was so much room for everyone (ages 8-80) to play, sleep, and gather for meals on the gorgeous patio or swims in the pool. Giulia was an amazing communicator and helped us tremendously on her personal time when we experienced a medical emergency. I can’t thank her enough for sharing her home with us and treating us so well. We truly hope to be back to enjoy the lovely area, the beautiful and relaxing home, and the stunning seas nearby!"
