Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "

"Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....

"Overall, this location was amazing. The only potential downside for others is accessibility as the unit is located in the middle of a long staircase. However, this was not an issue for us and ended up adding to the overall experience as the view from the stairs is amazing. "The property was as advertised. Great location for walking to all the neighborhoods, especially the Spanish Quarter which was our favorite. One bedroom and connected full bathroom is downstairs, the other upstairs with the main common area and kitchen. The neighborhood of the property is in a lively area; lots to eat and drink and plenty of stores for shopping for food or other items. Our host was 5 star and his mother spent time with us, going over the history of the 17th century castle. Napoli...

"Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."
