Very close from the big train station, so this hotel is perfect for people travelling around Europe by train.
Small, but very cozy hotel m, with super nice staff members. Every single employee there was very nice, and they all had a very caring attitude !

Staff was amazing, spoke English, should us what were good things to visit in Florence, arranged taxis for us. This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants & tourist. Destinations. The only thing that could use some improvement is that the Wi-Fi was at times was weak and we would have to reconnect frequently.

Great staff. Really good breakfast. Quick check-in. About 20 min walk into Florence city centre. Not much happening in the immediate area. Would recommend. Quite a cosy and homely feel.

Super location with views over the beautiful city of Florence! Super staff, Daniel you were a legend! Dinner was astonishing, fabulous food and service! You can walk to the city centre, downhill and flat, 20 minutes or so, definitely a taxi back, circa 12 Euro!
