particularly suitable for those who want to enjoy a relaxing and nature stay, the Casale is a beautiful house located in an ideal place for your stay in Italy.
Here you can enjoy your holidays with your four-legged friend and thanks to a large outdoor courtyard with about 10,000 meters of natural park, olive trees, fruit trees and the isolated position, your children can laugh, run, play without worrying about disturb the neighbors. The park is surrounded by other land and while it is not surrounded by metal nets, it is surrounded by a natural boundary that limits the different properties.
The property has no air conditioning system. Our guests have a fan at their disposal, but being a historic house with very thick walls, until now no one has ever used them because inside there is a very pleasant fresh air.

Until now we have had very good guests who left the house in perfect condition so we decided not to charge future guests for cleaning fees in advance.
We look forward to continuing to welcome polite guests who leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in good condition. But if we find dirty dishes, cutlery, glasses and pots, garbage scattered around the house, dirty bathroom and kitchen, floor full of crumbs or stains, etc .. the maximum amount will be requested at check out. (the cleaning fee ranges from € 30 to € 100 to be paid at check out in cash, it depends on you!)
It is of fundamental importance to free the house from any type of waste, be it food or personal!

Being a country house, we ask you not to leave, during your stay, the dirty kitchen or scattered food scraps, or garbage inside the house. You could cause an invasion of animals, ants etc. which will be difficult for us to eradicate, causing considerable damage to us and to subsequent guests.
In any case, the farmhouse is thoroughly cleaned with a steamer.

One of the bedrooms has no wardrobe.

The internet connection is satellite type with Eolo operator.
Being a historic house with very thick walls, the connection may not be amplified in all rooms of the house and in outdoor spaces. And being surrounded by nature, it may not always be 100% functional but until now there have never been any problems.

You will find an independent kitchen equipped with everything you need to make your stay more comfortable: Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Cooker, Toaster, Kitchen utensils and the washing machine that can be used only and exclusively with detergent in capsules (no liquid or powder detergent)
Plus, you won't have to worry about your car. You will be able to park without problems.

Despite being surrounded by nature, the Casale has good telephone reception with most operators, including foreigners. except the Wind / Tre (and the operators who rely on these antennas) which in some areas of our region do not work.

The maximum occupancy is 5 people. Comfortable adults 4. For the fifth bed you must notify us because we have to add single beds in the master bedroom.
Always keep in mind: you only have 1 bathroom.

Our farmhouse is located in the Conero Park in a strategic position, halfway between the sea and the mountains (about 30 Min.)
The entrance gate to the farmhouse is manually opened / closed. The municipal road leading to the house is a bit "adventurous" as described by one of our previous guests; not illuminated but well walkable. We recommend: it is not ideal for vehicles with too low trim.

HOUSE RULES
- Undeclared people cannot be accommodated at the time of booking
- Fires and flames cannot be lit outside, it is a countryside area surrounded by nature, please be careful with cigarettes.
- The person who books must be present at check in and stay in the house, we cannot accept bookings on behalf of others.
- The Italian law requires us to sign a rental contract for tourist rental, the contract will be sent to you by mail after booking and must be returned signed with the identity documents of those staying in the accommodation, necessary for reporting to the police station.
BEWARE OF THOSE WHO DO NOT ASK FOR THEM
- CHECK IN / OUT Unfortunately, due to business and organization needs, no other times are available other than those stated on the site.
- Wood for fireplace € 15 per day (please request when booking and pay directly to the seller on the day of delivery).
- PETS we accept max 1 dog with the contribution requested on the site. You must have a valid vaccination booklet and appropriate indications for pesticides.
It is a good civil rule not to let animals on beds and sofas, it is advisable to bring suitable covering sheets.
We ask you to never leave your pets alone, either at home or outside.

- CLEANING IS PAID AT CHECK OUT !!!
Cleaning fees are paid upon check out.
As you can see, we did not ask for cleaning fees at the time of booking. The house must be left tidy and clean to allow the sanitation of the rooms. The used linen must be placed in bags that we will leave at your disposal.
Cutlery, plates, pots etc, USED during the stay, must be washed CAREFULLY and left on the table to be viewed. The floors must be well swept and the sanitary ware well cleaned.
The cost of the final cleaning varies from € 30 to € 100 depending on the state of the house and must be paid in cash upon check out.
You take care of order and cleaning, (we take care of sanitizing the post-cleaning environments)

- WINTER HEATING from 20 October to 15 April with heating contribution € 10 per day to be paid in cash at check in (receipt issue)
Only the owner can have access to the boiler room. The laws of our municipality provide that the thermostat must be adjusted to a maximum temperature of 20 °.
- The farmhouse can only be rented to accommodate people and animals traveling for tourism, it is forbidden to use it as a warehouse, removals, illegal activities etc.
- all damages suffered or caused are the responsibility of the guests.

Charming farm house in quiet location
Nice host very responsive. Inside the home quality furniture, nice and easy to live house well equipped especially for the coffee (missing just a kettle and a proper toaster). Outdoor furniture: Nice space and beds under the trees for the siesta but table and benches for the meals could be improved.

Siamo stati molto bene nel casale, con 3 bambini e 2 cani. RIngraziamo i proprietari per l'accoglienza fatta ai nostri cani che non é sempre scontata. Il casolare é conforme alla descrizione, per chi cerca una vacanza nella natura e nella quiete. I proprietari ci hanno consigliato un ottimo agriturismo nelle vicinanze per cene a base di prodotti locali.

Innanzitutto ringrazio la proprietaria per la sua gentilezza. Nel l'annuncio è spiegato tutto molto bene, posizione, stradina di campagna, lontananza dal mare e soprattutto "devi amare la campagna!" Se sei intenzionato ad andare al mare tutti i giorni No, non è l'ideale e tanto meno per le macchine sportive o basse. Devo dire la verità: raramente ho trovato case così ben descritte nell'annuncio. La proprietaria è molto coerente. Pulizia della casa ottima! Spazio esterno "campagnolo e semplice" Era proprio quello che cercavamo. Grazie di cuore Ci vediamo a settembre! Perfekt!
Casale wie neu, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll. Wir waren zu dritt und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Tolle Aussicht in eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt und von vielen Oliven- und Obstbäumen umgeben. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt im nahe gelegenen Dorf. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war einfach und sehr freundlich Perfekt! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Das Haus in den Marken ist wunderschön, ruhig etwas im Tal gelegen. Das Grundstück lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Umgeben von vielerlei Obstbäumen (Pflaumen, Äpfel, Birnen und Feigen), von denen man sich reichlich bedienen kann, ist eine Pracht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist perfekt. Diskret, dennoch hatte man immer das Gefühl, dass im Fall der Fälle sofort jemand da ist, um Hilfe zu leisten, was glücklicherweise nicht der Fall war. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für viele gelungene Unternehmungen ist der Standort sehr gut geeignet. In ca 30 Minuten erreicht man die wunderschönen Buchten der Adria, aber auch eine Grotte, Wasserfall, wunderschöne Berge, Schluchten, Flüsse und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Il soggiorno presso questo Casale è stato ineguagliabile. Una casa di campagna molto grande e ben tenuta, sia per la pulizia sia per gli arredi, di cui alcuni nuovi e altri antichi e lenzuola che profumavano di fresco bucato. Ottimamente riscaldata, con termostato regolabile e camino. Una bella doccia spaziosa e pulita in ogni angolo. Si vede che i proprietari tengono a far stare bene i loro ospiti. Peccato che la strada comune che porta alla casa era un po' dissestata ma in ogni caso era praticabile. Credo che nel periodo primaverile sia bellissimo soggiornare qui con tutto quel verde immenso e tutti quegli alberi che circondano la casa. Grazie Angela, veramente impeccabile.

Un posto tranquillo
Bella esperienza, la casa corrisponde alla descrizione, anche meglio. Adatta a cinque persone. La cucina molto ben attrezzata. La proprietaria molto disponibile ad accogliere le nostre esigenze. Il frutteto a disposizione ci ha permesso di assaggiare ottimi fichi. La strada di accesso può spaventare chi non è abituato alla campagna perché stretta e ripida, ma in compenso si apprezza il casale immerso nel silenzio della natura, con qualche divertente e apprezzata visita di fauna selvatica a sorpresa. Adeguata e perfetta, sopra le nostre aspettative
Ci serviva una casa per necessità lavorative e all'ultimo momento ci siamo imbattuti in questo Casale. Siamo stati fortunati perchè la casa è molto bella anche se non di lusso e non ti aspetti questo quando, nella descrizione, trovi scritto che è una casa di campagna. E' stata ristrutturata di recente quindi gli ambienti sono nuovi, il mobilio è in stile campagnolo e alcuni mobili sono antichi. Una bella cucina dotata di tutto ciò che serve, le camere sono spaziose, nella matrimoniale ci si potrebbero inserire, comodamente, due letti singoli e le altre due stanze hanno un ampio letto ad una piazza e mezzo dove possono dormire anche due bambini insieme. I proprietari non hanno problemi ad accettare animali, ovviamente chiedono massima serietà. Dato che porte e finestre sono tutte nuove hanno solo fatto richiesta di prestare un pò di attenzione e non lasciarli da soli in casa. L'esterno è veramente grande e garantisce una perfetta privacy. I nostri cani non avevano molta voglia di andarsene e nemmeno noi. La via che scende al casale, non è peggio di molte altre strade comunali vicinali in Italia, è medio ripida e un pò dissestata ma si percorre bene. I proprietari sono molto accomodanti e ci hanno accolto direttamente loro.

100% natura e relax, un paradiso terrestre.
Non esattamente conforme alla descrizione sul sito, il casale è molto più bello di quello che si immagina. Gli spazi interni sono molto ampi e ben distribuiti, molto ben puliti e una cucina spaziosa dove non mancava proprio nulla. Una casa singola immersa tra le colline, un posto splendido e idoneo a chi è alla ricerca di un totale relax. Stendersi nell'erba è stato meraviglioso con i rumori e i profumi della campagna. Privacy garantita al 100%. Abbiamo chiesto ai proprietari come mai non abbiano mai pensato di creare ambienti esterni come nella maggior parte delle case grandi come questa, come un patio o o dei terrazzamenti pavimentati, la loro risposta? " Troppo cemento non va bene, cerchiamo di lasciare al naturale tutto ciò che è possibile. La Campagna è questa." Ottima risposta. Il casale dista dalla cittadina di Santa Maria Nuova 3 minuti, lì trovi tutto ciò che serve, supermercati, lavanderia a gettoni, negozi etc. ovviamente è necessaria la macchina. Abbiamo visitato tutta la Riviera del Conero, dai monti fino al mare. il Casale è un posto centralissimo e perfetto come punto di partenza. I proprietari? persone squisite. grazie di tutto!

Posto molto bello
Conforme a quanto scritto sul portale, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Casa in aperta campagna che offre tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, locali ben puliti all'interno e lo spazio esterno è molto grande, perfetto per la privacy. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e premurosi. La strada che scende fino alla casa è comune a molte strade in Italia che i comumi "abbandonano", è in discesa ma ben percorribile. Come scritto anche su portale, non è percorribile con macchine ad assetto ribassato. Peccato il tempo pessimo, speriamo di poter tornare in periodi meno burrascosi. Grazie infinite.

Casale di Angela is a 'must go' !
Casale di Angela is a wonderful house for living, spatial in-& outside and for holidays extremely comfortable. The garden, with the complete 360-view around, guarantees a perfect privacy for you. The interior is super clean and decorated with love. The owners gave us a warm and friendly welcome! The small road from the village to Casale di Angela is adventurous:) The closest (pure and simple) beach can be reached within 35 minutes. For us Senigallia was a beautiful city and eye opener with nice restaurants and small personal up to date stores. Casale di Angela is a 'must go' for us 😏so don't hesitate. Guusje & Tjoe Fang

A contatto con le dolci colline marchigiane
Il casale è location ideale per chi è in cerca di tranquillità; un ampio salone con annessa cucina superaccessoriata, camere da letto spaziose e così pure il bagno. Ottima l'accoglienza, curata anche in piccoli dettagli( marmellate da gustare confezionate dalla sig. Angela ) che rendono il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. La posizione permette di raggiungere sia le spiagge della Riviera del Conero, sia i centri medievali più o meno noti della terra marchigiana. Posizione da sogno. Vista a tutto tondo su campi, montagne, colline e boschi. Andate al casale di Angela, non ve ne pentirete!

Wunderschöne Lage - tolles Haus
Schon bei der Ankunft verschlug es uns den Atem! Ein wunderschönes Landhaus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert umgeben von einem paradiesischen Obstgarten in einer sanften Hügellandschaft gelegen. Das Haus wurde liebevoll restauriert, z. Zt. stehen 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad und ein großer Wohn-Eßbereich zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Man findet alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Vermieterin-Grazie Signora Angela- begrüßte uns auf herzlichste und immer erreichbar für Fragen oder Infos bezüglich der Umgebung.Ein guter Tipp von Angela war ein kleiner Agritourismo im Ort. Auf Vorbestellung bei Maurizio Mittagstisch sowie ein Menue am Abend!! Sehr lecker und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
