For stays of 6 days or more, we provide cleaning once a week. Lawn maintenance happens twice a week, and the pool and common areas are cleaned daily (except Sundays).
We’re committed to sustainability! Our property runs on green energy with solar panels, septic tanks, well water, and gravity-fed water systems to minimize energy use.

When you arrive in Agua Blanca, just follow the signs for Villa Jasmin at the main entrance near kilometer 173. I’ve also sent a map to help guide you to the entrance. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask at the entrance for directions to the property.

We recommend having your own transportation, but if needed, we can arrange transportation to and from Puerto Escondido (PXM) or Huatulco (HUX) airports for an additional fee.
