The best hideaway in the middle of the city

This is an amazing place! Breakfast is terrific. The room was quiet, large, and well done and the staff is more than helpful. They literally have 3 rooftop terrace and it’s located on the edge of the historic district walkways to give you. Perfect escape from any crowds. An oasis truly

This was an excellent choice. The hotel is very simple but nice and classy. Excellent location, I will love to go back to it and have the chance to enjoy the pool and other facilities. Very good stay.

Not a good experience

We arrived at the hotel and the staff informed us that do to a pluming issue we would noty be able to stay there. No other possible room to stay in. We were only offered another room in a partner hotel called Casa del faro. The condition of the hotel was not good. It was deteriorated and the decoration looked old. The pool area needs a lot of work. The room had a bad smell and we were not given another option as to where to stay. The staff was helpful and tried to be as useful as they could, but it was definitely not satisfactory.

A terrible hotel by all me and! A terrible experience at all points of view for an expensive price. The worst thing was at the check out when we were blackmailed to put a good comment . Hotel to banish asbsolutely in a beautiful city

We had stayed several times in the sister property. Pros: the personnel is very attentive, and always keen to help. Cons: location, is on a pedestrian street just at the side of a busy intersection, getting taxis can be challenging as they cannot get just in front of the property; it can be quite noisy. I would suggest to provide separate towels for the pool.

L'hôtel est une ancienne maison coloniale pleine de charme. Il accueille une petite dizaine de chambre. La rénovation de l'edifice est vraiment une belle réussite. Les chambres sont très belles. Il est situé dans une rue piétone du centre historique ce qui rime avec plus de calme, et pour la Colombie c'est un luxe ! Les chambres donnent donc sur une coursive intérieure mais à l'air libre. A l'intérieur ventilateur et clim, tout le monde est content ! En terrasse des transats et une jolie piscine qui fonctionne et qui est bien entretenue ! Miracle ! Enfin le petit-déjeuner est à la hauteur du service de ce petit hôtel de charme : magique ! Nous y avons prolongé notre séjour tellement il y fait bon vivre.

Homey Comfy and Cosey.

Reception service was good. The breakfast was good and chef was very nice. The hotel is much smaller than others that will come up on search but the level of professionalism and warmth of staff is more of a homey feeling. The bathrooms are tiny and congested but the overall hotel gas a fabulous personality.

What did I pay for?

The power went out twice, I realize that these things occur but for a hotel charging $65/night one would assume they could budget for a backup generator like the shoe store directly in front selling Chinese réplicas of sports shoes. It was so prolonged and frequent that they moved me to another hotel. Pool was under contruction... I just don't know where to begin but I think I've done pretty well.

Tiene de donde mejorar.

Los colchones no son los más confortables. El hotel lo cierran en la noches, de tal manera que los huéspedes deben timbrar para que le abran la puerta, esto causa molestia para quienes están durmiendo. El desayuno es muy bueno y la gente es amable y servicial. Tiene de donde mejorar.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Es ist charmant - nur der Pool ist eine „Pfütze“ und der nächste halbwegs saubere Strand nicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Das Frühstück ist - - mager.
