"We stayed here for 4 nights for our annual golf trip and it was perfect! The villa is spacious with 7 beds (as advertised) with great outside space and games area downstairs which was ideal. The villa owner, Martin, was brilliant throughout - really helpful prior to arriving with great communication and was great when I was lost finding the villa! Novadesta, the managing agents, were also great - helpful and very responsive and always sorted anything we needed quickly (not that we needed a lot!). Finally, the villa was in a great location for a number of bars and restaurants, 10-15 mins on foot. Would highly recommend this villa."

"Property was nice and clean, well equipped and as advertised. Plenty restaurants in walking distance and plenty more with a few minutes drive. Nice and close to a variety of supermarkets. Nice central location for going off to see places all within an hours drive. We had a very lovely stay, nice and peaceful in the evening and very close to the beach, highly recommend 🙂"

"We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Gran Alacant staying in Casa Louis. From the moment we booked this holiday, Richards communication was second to none. He sent us so much information about the local area, travelling around, the pool, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies, great places to eat out...we felt like we knew the area before we even stepped on the plane. Casa Louis did not disappoint. Plenty of space for a family of 5 to spread out. A TV with all UK channels and great internet (important when travelling with teenagers!) The house was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed and more...even extra beach towels and easy to carry loungers for the pool. The highlight for us was the rooftop terrace. The views of Alicante and the sunsets are simply breathtaking. The loungers and seating area are so comfortable i spent many hours reading and sunbathing up there, we ate up there a number of times too & spent evenings looking at the stars. It was perfect. The house itself is located just a 5 min walk from the bus stop where you can get a bus or the land train to get around Gran Alacant or further afield. Its easy enough to get down to the central commercial area where theres loads of great restaurants and bars. There are great restaurants and bars right on your doorstep though and a fab mini market with the most amazing bakery so you dont have to go far. We had a wonderful holiday here. The estate has multiple pools, but with the beautiful sea and beach just 100m away, who needs them? The host was great with communication and even allowed us a late checkout at no extra cost. The only downside is the need to go up and down stairs frequently, as the master bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Mercadona, a convenient shopping option, is only 1km away.
