The house is two homes back from the Gulf for your family to enjoy. Plenty of room for you and your family. Plenty of space for your chairs, paddle boards, umbrellas and more on the beach. Two access points to the beach - the closest is one that's only 75 yards from our backdoor.

The location cannot be beaten! The driveway accommodates three cars. Plenty of room for your bicycles under the front porch.

Located 2 houses from the Gulf, Toulouse Mongoose is a charming, comfortable and open and airy beach house located in Historic Grayton Beach. Three levels of the home make this the perfect spot for families to have their own space and also enjoy time together. The home has a comfortable, upscale island feel that includes original artwork, including Walter Anderson block prints, and a whole lot of whimsical details that make you feel comfortable throughout.

Toulouse Mongoose has a large, well-organized kitchen on the main floor, along with a separate dining room and living room area. The top floor Master bedroom is a large bedroom space with a King bed and quiet seating area. French doors lead out to views of the beach to the east and west. The main floor has two bedrooms - one with a Queen and one with two twin beds - and a modern bathroom with a stand-in shower with glass doors. Across the hall is a video/book cave for the kids that they love to find on their own. On the first floor, there is comfortable King bedroom and separate large bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds. Both have french doors leading outside to the covered porch area. A dedicated laundry room is there for your convenience.

The pool area contains 6 chaise lounge chairs with cushions and a medium sized Weber grill, and a covered porch area that contains a Coca-Cola bar along with a seating area for 8 with a coffee table and a cafe teak table and chairs. This covered area lets you enjoy the pool area while in indirect sun.

Wifi is accessible throughout the house, including poolside. The main television is located in the living area and a few of the bedrooms have their own TV. The modem is located in the living room.

Beach access is 2 houses away and 75 yards from the backdoor onto sand. There is a complimentary beach cart and beach chairs for guests use.

Downtown Grayton and access to all of the local restaurants, including The Red Bar and Chiringo, are just a short walk away. Guests sign a Disclaimer and Release of Liability form for signature. About two weeks before arrival, Guests will receive an email with information about the house, Grayton in general, and our local area, including key code, WiFi, etc. Enjoy and have fun!
