Jim was amazing to work with. Everything was as stated in the description and more. This place was amazing and Jim and his wife were so helpful and always answered within minutes of our questions. Would 10/10 recommend this place. We didn’t want to leave.

Amazing paradise
My guest and I enjoyed our stay, we had a one minor mishap and Jim was very prompt to answer and fix the issue. The place had everything we needed and was clean and beautifully decorated! Highly recommend this place.

Magnificent beach vacation! Just as advertised.
Excellent rental -- spotless and great location. The first morning we were there lightning hit the house and damaged the TVs, a/c and hot water heater. We went to eat brunch and Jim had everything replaced and fixed before we returned that afternoon! He was an excellent communicator and we couldn't have been more pleased. The rental is in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood within easy walking or bicycling distance of the beach and all the Seaside shops and restaurants. Perfect stay for any couple that wants a peaceful, beautiful vacation.

This place was absolutely beyond our expectations in every way. It was clean, the decor was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable! There was everything you ever could need at your fingertips. Well appointed kitchen for making meals at home, BBQ, a porch for coffee in the mornings, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, a cooler - it was perfect! The location couldn’t be beat with Seaside just a short bike ride away and only a 3 block short ride to the most perfect white sand beach with warm turquoise water. We didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much, Jim, for the amazing hospitality!

This place was absolutely wonderful! Location is just a short walk from the beach. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable! The hosts were so helpful and nice! Would definitely plan on staying here again on our next trip to Seagrove!

Perfect hideaway
This property is a hidden gem! It was beautifully appointed and Jim was a fantastic host--very communicative, responsive, and generous. This property is close enough to Seaside to take advantage of the restaurants and activities but away from the noise, crowds, and chaos. It was the perfect hideaway for a beach vacation. Highly recommend!!

Carriage House With An Excellent Location
This carriage house is the perfect size for a couple to enjoy a relaxing time near both the beach and Seaside. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the location is a quite neighborhood within walking distance to lots of destinations. The house was well appointed with everything that you could possibly need. The owners were very responsive and gracious hosts. The second story outdoor deck with grill was an added bonus that you don't usually get with a rental of this size. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and I will definitely recommend this rental to friends and family for future stays.

Seagrove Carriage House
This property is immaculately taken care of, offers a quiet neighborhood for a relaxing stay, and is walking and biking distance from the beach. Bikes are included and are a very welcome addition. The furnishings and quality of the interior are very special. For those who like to cook during their vacation, this kitchen is top-notch with all the cutlery, sharp knives, and pans one would need to provide for their own meals. I highly recommend this property,

Beautiful Oasis
This is a repeat stay for us in this beautiful coach house. It is very nicely decorated and well equipped... kitchen, laundry, deck with grill... everything you would need for an almost luxury stay for 2. The deck looks out onto a beautiful natural woodland setting and the beach and restaurants are just a short walk. Just a great place.

Great stay!!
We really enjoyed four night stay at the hosts Air B & B with a separate entrance way with an outside shower to wash off the sand when you came back from the beach. The host communicated through text to ask if all was well and if our space met our needs. Absolutely!! It is a perfect get away for two. The beach and eateries were all in walking distance. We parked our car and walked through our days here. Very enjoyable, clean and a fun place to hang. We will be back!!

Great Trip!
My husband and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We cooked one night and had breakfast and had plenty of utensils/cookware, didn’t have to purchase anything of that nature. The kitchen sink was a little finicky and we had trouble keeping the water flowing, but other than that, everything was good. The location of the property was perfect. Jim, the owner, provided bicycles so those came in handy! It was only a 3 ish minute ride to the beach access or an 8 ish minute walk. We even walked all the way into Seaside one night and the walk was extremely pleasant. Definitely a longer walk, but we did not mind. Lastly, Jim was very kind and helpful! Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again if we have the chance.

The carriage house is immaculately decorated and cleaned. It is quiet and in a neighborhood that is convenient to all amenities. Our host checked in periodically to make sure we had no needs and to offer suggestions for places to visit. We would stay here again!

Perfect Beach Trip
Very nice place to stay within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and Seaside. We've stayed at several places on 30A before; this was by far the nicest and cleanest house we've stayed at in this area. It looks like something out of a magazine; it's beautifully designed and has everything you'll need. We enjoyed riding the bicycles to Seaside. It was a wonderful week!

This property has everything you could ask for and more. It is close to the beach and restaurants and it is beautifully appointed. The owners are very responsive and accomodating. Amazing carriage house that is spotless and beautifully decorated. Jim is a wonderful host and very communicative. The location is a 2 minute drive from the local grocery store and beach access! Path available to walk or use the bikes provided to both in about 10 minutes or less. The extra beach supplies provided is a great touch. The perfect neighborhood to be in as far as location from amenities and the town’s Main Street. Comfy king size bed is the cherry on top. Would love to come back whenever I’m in the area again!

Best Vacation Experience
Jim and Debbie were amazing hosts. The pictures do not do this place justice, absolutely beautiful. 11/10 would recommend. Great people, great place, great communication, great amenities (outdoor shower & private patio with grill), very convenient location (2 blocks from the beach, restaurants, and grocery store), and loved having bikes and beach equipment provided as part of the stay.

We had a great stay at your place. It was so clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the bikes and beach equipment and it was just a quick trip down to the beach. 30A Getaway for the 4th of July
Everything about this property was first class! The carriage house seems brand new. Comfy bed, very nice bathroom/shower, beautiful deck out back, and a kitchen area with everything we needed. The walk to the beach is just a few blocks and then there are several beach access locations right there. The property comes with 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella that were all in great shape. We either walked our rode the bikes down to Seaside or Watercolor each day for coffee, breakfast, people-watching, and the 4th of July festivities. Wife agrees that when we go back to 30A, we'll definitely see if Peaceful Easy Living is available!

Absolutely loved our vacation here!
The name of the place says it all. Our stay here was one of our favorite vacations as a couple. The house is so beautiful! So peaceful, so clean and relaxing. The location is great as well. We really enjoyed biking to nearby Seaside and exploring. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future!
