Enjoy your stay in a contemporary condo with tasteful decor and all the necessary amenities you need to enjoy a day at the beach. Guests can enjoy the fresh air and lovely sunset views from the corner Gulf-facing balcony, set up with enough seating for six guests. Indoors, central air-conditioning will ensure everyone's comfortable as you relax in the living area furnished with a sofa bed. Enjoy cooking together in the modern full kitchen, featuring full-size appliances and an elegant prep table that also works as a breakfast bar for six guests. The shared gas grills will provide if you'd rather cook something with an extra sear. When your swimsuits are ready from the private washer/dryer, it's just a short walk down to the private beach access.

Shared pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts are all available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
Due to high occupancy along 30A and an overload within the South Walton County system broadband, you may experience sporadic outages or poor connections.

Perfect condo for beach trip
The condo was clean, easy to access, and in a perfect location for the beach, restaurants, ice cream, and shops. It wasn’t too populated like other areas we have stayed. We liked the private beach access; make sure to reserve chairs and umbrella with the 30A beach rental company mentioned with Vacasa.

Hurricane Helene was unfortunately set to make landfall just east of Santa Rosa beach the day after our arrival. We reached out to Vacasa and were told that "the home was habitable" and "reservation remains active." Since no one can predict the path of a hurricane a few days in advance, we did not want to chance it. Bottom line: you are dealing with a company that does not care whether you are safe - or waste your money staying home. Our trip was cut in half and for our remaining 2 days, the beach had red double flags posted in the Helene's aftermath. Additionally, the guest bathroom had smears of brown stuff on the toilet and overhanging towel. We were told that it would be addressed. Nothing was done. Also note, this apartment is a nice neutral gray everywhere. The color you may see on their front page is a cranking up of contrast color - pillows are gray (not red-toned), lamps are black, color is non-existent. Small detail that made us do a doubletake upon arrival. No, we will not be back.

Great Place
This condo was great. Good location, pretty central to everything. Place was nice and clean and had pretty much everything you need. Few different options for pools. If we come back to this area we will definitely consider staying here again. My only complaint is the management company. They don’t seem to know much about each individual unit. We had reached out to Vacasa prior to coming to see if there was beach chairs etc for us to use so we don’t have to bring any, and we were told there was not. So we travelled over a thousand miles (from canada) with beach chairs and wagon and toys only to get to the condo and see there’s all this stuff available to use in the storage unit. There was a couple other questions we had that Vacasa was confused with but nothing serious. All in all this is a great place and we had a great time.

Great spot!
A lot bigger than we expected, but it was just the two of us. We stayed 5 nights and it was perfect. Pretty clean, the toilet could have been cleaned a little more but I did send a pic to the company. Overall we enjoyed it a lot.

Fun Family Vacay
Unit 214 was convenient with just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed a lot of time on the wrap around deck. The condo wasn’t huge, but worked well for 4 adults and one child. We don’t cook on vacation, but it was well stocked. We did have a problem with the outlet not working in the master bath, but they quickly addressed it. A door on the bunk room would help little ones sleep.

Beautiful beach home
Excellent location with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Beautifully decorated interior with all the comforts of home. The wrap around balcony was perfect for gorgeous sunset skies. This space does not disappoint. We will be booking annually and can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful vacation rental!
Gorgeous condo with the perfect location! Cute shops/restaurants in next block. Two ice cream shops. Go to Pecan Jack's-the other is no comparison! There is a Keurig AND a coffeemaker, hairdryers and iron provided at condo. Beach is a only a block away. Great pool area. Our favorite restaurant was The Local Catch. Be sure to try it! Perfect rental!

Great location! Clean and comfy!
We loved the location! Easy walk down to Shunk Gulleys for dinner and Pecan Jacks for ice cream. The beach is also easy access less than 5 minute walk. Lots of shops to explore as well. Place was very clean and has a nice wrap around porch to relax at night.

Maximized space
