"The house had a great centralized location to downtown Santa Ana! The property was very clean inside and out. The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location. "It was a really nice, very close to our family. The swimming pool it was very nice. As well having a washing machine it came very handy. The only thing is it was very hot at night and the a/c did not reach the rooms. The maun water was cut off early in the morning without knowing., but a rext with erick, was resolved quickky. Thanks. "The staff was very kind and accommodative. I arrived a day earlier and they were willing to reschedule my cabin at no extra charge. Make sure to program gps while at San Ignacio, data is flaky in the mountains. Also lear how to descend in compression or 4WL to avoid break overheating, other than, fantastic and beautiful adventure, highly recommend. Thanks to the staff, wiil be back"

"There was too much perfume in the air from electric diffusers. In the room as well as in the Lobby and the hallway upstairs. These " Air fresheners" are very harmful to your health new studies show. Many people are allergic. They basically pollute the air. https://www.indoordoctor.com/blog/health-hazards-plug-air-fresheners/ It would be great if you could remove these perfumes at least from the room where people sleep in. The last hotel I stayed in , I was sneezing for 2 hrs and I had a runny nose, after I removed and put the " air freshener" outside. It seems to be very popular in El Salvador. But the chemicals in there are not good for the body!"
