Absolute best stay!
Was not familiar with Santa Rosa so just hoped it was in a good neighborhood. It turned out to be in a great area of beautiful, well kept homes. A few things were walkable (a grocery store) but we had a car. Everything went super smooth and the three of us (man, wife, adult daughter) were completely comfortable here. And it was so cute too! It does allow pets so there is a slight dog odor, but we're animal lovers so we didn't mind at all. Only noticed it upon entering, but not after a while.

This property has been totally redone and everything is spic and span. New everything. If you don't like road noise, this might not be the place for you. It has a nice little patio which we used quite a bit, but it is on a noisy street. If the windows are shut and you stay inside, it is not an issue. While we love to be outside, this would not prevent us from staying again.
