"We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. "My family and I stayed here for 8 nights in this comfortable, cool beach house conveniently close to the beach, a mini-mart, and Santa Teresa. It is in a great location to explore many of the other wonderful beaches and historical sites of northern Sardinia. The communication from the owners was very good and the check in/out process was very straight forward. "Fantastic hotel overlooking Spiagga Della Conca Verde and the La Maddalena islands. Amazing rooms, amazing staff, amazing breakfast on the deck overlooking the pool and beach. They have there own umbrellas and chairs by the beach. There’s also a snack bar and boat hire place on the beach. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough. We can’t wait to come back. "

There is no air-con and it is quite dirty as you can see in the pictures. Also no wifi in the property but we were told we could access it outside by using the code in reception but its really slow when working. The kitchen area was small and quite unuseable and also you are not provided with any cloths, detergent or tea towels to clean up with but this is meant to be done before you leave. You have to make your own bed up on arrival. The doors/windows are ill-fitting and bang all through the night if windy. These apartments are long overdue a refurb/refit as they are like something from the 80s or 90s. Furnishings are tired. The pool is nice but you have to wear a cap if you wish to swim which is silly as I have swam in pools in 60 countries of the world and never had to use a cap. The tennis court is unuseable as well. These facilities are provided by the restaurant which charges the room a fee per guest. Don’t take you luggage down to reception as your apartment is likely to be quite a long walk away so not ideal for less mobile guests. Its a long way from town and apart from the restaurant nearby, a supermarket which is only open until 1pm and a cafe/van near the beach until 6pm On a positive note, the apartments are in a nice quiet area with a lovely view. You get what you pay for but wish I had looked closer b4 booking."

"En vacances en Sardaigne pour nos 30 ans de mariage, nous venons de passer 4 nuits dans un appartement 2 pièces avec balcon. Appele aussi appartement panoramique. Notre appartement était le numéro 42. Il était au premier étage et entièrement rénové. Il avait la vue dégagé en direction de la mer et de la piscine. Excellent orientation. Le resort est très bien entretenu, la piscine est super agréable à utiliser en retour de la plage ou de ballade (ferme à 19h). L’accueil personnalisé avec accompagnement individualisé et présentation de l’appartement est génial. Nous conseillons les appartements 41 à 45 qui sont avec une vue dégagé, en hauteur et loin de la route. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour."

"We ( 2 families with kids age 10-11-12-13) stayed for a week. Excellent house with good location to explore the area as well as spend some easy time at the house. Pool was given the thumbs up by the kids. House is well set up for having drinks & dinner at the house, enjoying the nice views. Juan is a very helpful host. We can recommend it. "
