Our stay was great here! The apartment was beautiful and so clean. I wish we were able to use the washer and dryer but everything else was great. Pietro Santo contacted us through text to confirm what time we were arriving and when we got there they helped us carry our luggage upstairs. We only stayed 1 day but I wish we would’ve stayed for more. We would come back here .

El personal de recepción es super atento y amable desde el primer momento, facilitando mucho la experiencia como huéspedes y resolviendo rápidamente todas nuestras dudas. Nos hospedamos en el Loft Carbonelli y nos encantó, es muy bonito y acogedor, con su cocina bien equipada en caso de que hayas olvidado algo. Solo tengo 2 observaciones para el loft, la primera en cuanto a limpieza hubo un par de detalles, los trastes olían un poco extraño al igual que la esponja para lavarlos y la alfombra tenía una mancha como de salsa, y bueno la segunda es más sugerencia que observación, que estaría padre que contaran con una tele, al menos chiquita para poder disfrutar en algún momentillo. Con eso dicho, nos encantó y en definitiva esperamos regresar pronto.

Aunque la propiedad es muy bonita y bien ubicada, quedó mucho a deber dado que tuvieron falla eléctrica y dejó de haber agua caliente y electricidad en la propiedad. Quedaron en realizar devolución de una cantidad por los inconvenientes y nunca lo hicieron. Por tales motivos se le da 2 - 3 estrellas.

El hotel es hermoso, las suites muy cómodas, tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. Fuimos a festejar nuestro aniversario y todo estuvo inmejorable. Incluso, tuvimos la necesidad de mover la fecha directamente con el hotel, ya que en Expedia no era posible y, la señorita que nos atendió, tuvo en todo momento una actitud de servicio admirable. Ella misma nos recibió en recepción y nuevamente constatamos su excelente disposición. Por otra parte, la suite estaba muy limpia en general, salvo por uno de los baños que hacía a la vez de cuarto de lavado, el cual sí mostraba algo de polvo, fuera de ese detalle todo estuvo excelente.
