Hotel staff could have cared less that there were guests around. Checking in was an annoyance because we interrupted their dinner, later they were watching Fox news loud through the lobby commenting out loud to some pretty controversial things. The morning staff were just on their phones not paying attention to guest.Also we booked this hotel based on "queen beds" and our room definitely only had fullsize but they were sold out so we couldn't even change rooms.

Front desk staff extremely friendly and responsive. Only problem I encountered: I reported the deadbolt on my door not to be functioning and maintenance never corrected the problem during my stay.
