we stayed at this hostel in Santiago for a day, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is central to all the tourist attractions, with many great restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The hostel has a wonderful vibe, with plenty of entertainment areas like a pool, music, and tennis. The staff are excellent and incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Amelia, who went out of her way to spend the evening with us, showing us around the city and making us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay for a few nights! The location is close to the metro station and also to some landmarks like Palacio La Moneda y Plaza de Armas. Staff was polite, breakfast included, cool backyard and Pool. There was a kitchennette very convenient and in general, a great experience. The only low point is that the zone is a little bit dangerous, mainly during the night. Always try to return before is dark. With day light by your side there is nothing to worry about.

Hostel is in a beautiful old building that has lots of character. It definitely makes me wonder what it used to be in the past. Good location, short walking distance to Plaza de Armas y Plaza de La Constitution. I had a private room with private bath on the first floor. Keyless entry which is very convenient. I came at the start of Chile’s winter. It was cold. They do have space heaters. Mine stopped working in the middle of the night, but they gave me a new one the next day. Everyone who worked there was very nice and very friendly. Francisco was especially helpful (and looks like a young Pedro Pascal :-) Room was very spacious. Breakfast was pretty good. I was able to do my laundry there. Overall, a good place for budget traveling.

O hostel é ótimo no atendimento dos funcionários, sempre solícitos e educados. Tem outros destaques muito positivos: o fato de ter café da manhã é ótimo, porque comer no Chile é caro e já ter essa refeição incluída ajuda muito; a localização é bastante próxima ao metrô Los Héroes, que além de facilitar no deslocamento no país é estação final do ônibus Centropuerto que vem do aeroporto (uma grande economia porque o Centropuerto custa 2mil pesos e o segundo traslado mais barato, o transvip custa 17mil pesos). Acho que a limpeza poderia ser melhor, quando solicitei achei que o quarto ainda ficou um pouco sujo e não teve troca de roupa de cama. Os quartos mais próximos da entrada podem ser um pouco barulhentos dependendo da boa vontade dos demais hóspedes e o café poderia ter mais variedade. Mas isso é uma observação só, não uma reclamação, porque estava sempre bom. Recomendo bastante o hostel!

Só pra dormir

É realmente bem simples, não acho que vale o preço, pra quem vai a procura de um lugar só pra dormir ok. Fui com uma amiga, tomei um susto na chegada com o cheiro da recepção, eles fazem uma limpeza bem por cima mesmo, banheiros que são usados por todos bem sujos, acho que fazem a limpeza apenas 1 vez por dia, café da manhã muitooo simples, mas esse nem é o problema maior, durante minha estadia ficamos 2 dias sem água pra tomar banho, a cozinha compartilhada tbm era bem suja, não digo sujeira de hóspedes, mas os armários, a geladeira, tudo muito mal cuidado. É uma pena pois o atendimento foi bom, e a casa tem potencial para ser um local mais bem organizado.

He estado en varios hostales alrededor del mundo, en que lo de refiere a ubicación y limpieza el lugar es adecuado y justo a las tarifas que pagas; el único.PUNTO NEGATIVO fue la actitud de CHRISTIAN el chico encargado del comedor, fui testigo de cómo expuso de manera negativa a dos huéspedes , uno por usar tomar un segundo vaso de jugo en el desayuno, y quieres una porción extra de cereal; y el segundo NEGÁNDOLE en una primera instancia el servicio de desayuno a un huésped registrado, como le mencioné al staff (que todos fueron lindisimos, amables y cálidos excepto CHRISTIAN) el se sacó un CERO.

A localização é muito boa. Perto do metrô, perto de distribuidoras de líquidos, padarias, mercados, restaurantes, bares, longe da confusão dos bairros turísticos. Uber e Cabify sempre aceitaram rapidamente as corridas. Só tive contato com os recepcionistas e o pessoal da cozinha. A maioria dos funcionários foi muito receptiva e gentil. Tivemos problemas algumas vezes com alguns, principalmente sobre pedir alguma coisa e não fazerem, dar alguma informação errada, etc... Agradeço principalmente ao Francisco (acho que esse era o nome dele) por estar sempre disponível, simpático e resolutivo... ele ficou quase todas as noites na recepção. O café da manhã é sempre igual, sempre pão de forma branco, uma fatia de presunto, um bowl de ovos mexidos, doce de leite, geleia e manteiga, maça (única fruta servida), cereal, leite, iogurte, um bolinho industrializado recheado, café e chá, mas por 7 dias ok. O Cristian quando está na cozinha é maravilhoso, anima o café da manhã e organiza tudo rapidinho com muito sorriso no rosto. Aliás, ele também faz jantares no hostel, onde o hóspede paga antecipado e participa do jantar animado com Cristian e outros hóspede na área da piscina. Foi a melhor parte da hospedagem. Não tem arrumaçãdo quarto se não pedir. Tivemos problemas com a organização de passeios entre a recepção do hostel e a Chiletour, agência de turismo parceira. Decepcionante algumas questões, mas pelo menos fizemos um passeio. Pior parte: aquecedor a combustível q acaba rápido

Hôtel sympathique pas loin du centre de Santiago. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec de hauts plafonds, mais bruyantes/mal insonorisées pour celles qui donnent sur la route. Parties communes (sdb et wc) propres. Petit déjeuner buffet correct : banane, pastèque, pain, beurre, jambon, oeufs, céréales, café, lait, jus de fruits. Le personnel est accueillant et la terrasse (piscine, ping-pong...), agréable et ensoleillée.

Very kind staff!!!!!!!!! So helpful and open-minded. Large rooms and restrooms... WiFi doesn't work very well... But I can highly recommend to stay there

Great stay

Stayed here twice once in double room with private bathroom and once with shared. The hostel itself is really nice with a pool and seating area outside to soak up the sun. The rooms are spacious but could do with a bit of renovation but beds were comfy. Staff are really helpful and laundry is cheap. Breakfast is really nice and plentiful and the wi-fi works really well. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal. They also let me store luggage for a week as we went to Easter island. Overall a great stay.

Room was spacious and I liked the building. Breakfast was nice, too. However, there was no hot water at all. I had to take cold shower at cold nights and wash my face with cold water for all three days and nights. It was miserable.
