It was close to a subway station the facility was secured. The room was ok Hotel did not provide washcloths. The shower was nearly 9 ft.² or less. The bed was good.

Staff was very strange/ show very uncomfortable action while I checked in. Room condition is bad, property is next to subway so quite convenient but also near the park so a lot of homeless people. Location near a few major tourist attractions but not recommended to stay there.

Window faced a dark hole in the building. Door sensors make alarm sounds when they close which kept me up as a small alarm sounded every time someone left their room. Location is okay but glad I didnt stay long.

I had a pretty nice stay but there were a few issues - the card key reader on the door was broken, there were no hangers, and the safe was stuck locked. The staff did their best to help me. Luckily there was someone at the reception 24 hours to let me into my room. There were a few issues with cleanliness, but just in certain hard-to-get-to ares like under the bed and dresser. Also there was some sort of rave on the 8th floor in the dining area on Saturday night, which I was not counting on, because I was on the 7th floor, and I was flying out early on Sunday (I was out late myself Friday night, so I didn't notice one way or the other then). Also, though there was room service 24/7, supposedly, coffee wasn't available before 8 am on Sunday (not even in the dining area or lobby). Aside from this, I had very enjoyable stay and had everything I needed. I could not eat any of the breakfast options, because there was nothing gluten free, but they had some things like mango juice, which I enjoyed. The area around the hotel is walkable and filled with tons of restaurants, and there is a big street fair with lots of arts & crafts. It is not too long of a walk to the city center either. I would stay again (but maybe not on the top floor).

Minha estadia foi incrível, fiquei cerca de 1 semana procurando um lugar bom para não errar na hospedagem e confesso que encontrei, o hotel fica a + ou - 3 minutos andando até o metrô de Baquedano, fica a 10 minutos andando do bairro Bella vista e onde se concentra a vida noturna de Santiago! Muitos restaurantes ótimos e para que gosta também tinha bares! Os recepcionistas foram simpáticos e práticos, não tivemos nenhum problema! Está tendo uma obra na frente do hotel, então a rua está fechada, mas não foi nada que me atrapalhou, durante a noite não tem barulho, e durante o dia não fiquei no hotel, tem um mercadinho 24 horas ao lado do hotel mas não recomendo pois percebi que me cobraram algumas coisas mais caras por ser turista, então só vá em último caso! Tem um Subway na esquina! E é isso, eu amei! Ah e tem uma vista incrível para as cordilheiras!

Foi uma boa experiência ficar nesse hotel. Acomodação bem organizada. Agora, teve alguns barulhos de batidas na porta, mas isso foi em outros quartos. Mas, no geral, achei um bom hotel, com uma boa localização e um bom café da manhã. O pessoal foi gentil.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização próximo ao metrô Chuveiro quente Cama confortável Café da manhã bom Hotel tem um cheiro muito forte de um tipo de lavanda local,a porta do meu quarto não abria no cartão e fiquei toda estadia tendo que pedir na recepção para abrir sempre que eu precisava sair,os funcionários não falam português mas nós viramos com Google tradutor,café da manhã é servido como alacart além de ser limitado não podendo repetir . Travesseiro e roupa de cama poderia ser um pouco melhor. Café da amanhã é servido 7:30 e pra quem vai fazer passeios muito cedo não consegue comer antes de sair No geral pelo visto benefício achei que valeu a pena pelo visto benefício e localização.

Boa estadia , excelente localização, fica próximo ao centro da cidade , próximo a bons restaurantes e das lojas de aluguel de roupa de neve . Quanto ao hotel, tive uma boa experiência. Quartos limpos e cama confortável. O hotel me permitiu deixar as malas lá após o meu checkout, pois meu vôo era a noite , e realmente isso foi uma grande comodidade.

Una experiencia interesante.
La ubicación es excelente, cerca de varios puntos de interés. La cama del dormitorio no es muy cómoda, ni tampoco las almohadas. Tuvimos problemas con la puerta del dormitorio y necesitábamos pedirle a alguien que la abriera todo el tiempo. El personal fue útil para esto, pero fue incómodo para nosotros. el desayuno es simple y a la carta, lo que lo limita y, además, el personal de esta parte del hotel dejaba confundidas las opciones que tenemos que pedir. En este sentido, no vale la pena pedir el desayuno incluido. El trato con nosotros fue respetuoso y cordial. Para los brasileños es una opción interesante, porque los empleados entienden un poco, o hacen el esfuerzo de entender lo que se solicita.
