"No toilets in common areas. No restaurant yet. Breakfast very disappointing. Bread always seemed stale, as did the sweet biscuits. En-suite in the room good, but lacked a door, so no privacy when using the toilet. Night manager was good. The rest of the staff seemed very inexperienced."

"Lovely staff, but the owners need to invest some cash into the upkeep of the place. Restaurant was closed in the evening probably because we were 1 of 3 couples staying there. Breakfast was very basic. Wardrobe was broken. Most lights weren't working. Water pressure had to turned up manually in the afternoon. We booked and paid for 6 nights in advance, but left after 2 for an alternative hotel. Would have left earlier if the staff weren't so nice. Its cheap for a reason."

"Nettes, durch die Inhaberin persönlich geführtes, Hotel im Norden von Porto Novo. Unser Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Für die Erholung steht auch eine kleine Sonnenterasse zur Verfügung. Die Umgebung selber ist etwas trostlos, dafür ist man zu Fuß in 15 min in der "Innenstadt". Ideal für Ausflüge zum Cova Krater und Wanderungen in dem Gebiet, die Inhaberin kennt den örtlichen Aluguer-Fahrer und vereinbart eine Abholung für den Transport."
