"The check in and check out process is to long. They didn’t keep a credit card for incidentals and I was told that “ I didn’t have credit “ so I had to go back and ask for them to take a credit card so I could use the bars, restaurants etc!"

It’s so clean, beautiful inside, everyone is friendly but only thing i don’t like is that while trying to unwind at the bar they put no music at all. I’m not talking about loud music just a low music on the background just to unwind and a lot of the guests feel the same. But i love this hotel. "

"I love my stay at catalonia , and will be back soon in their punta cana location and santo domingo location. Needless to say the hotel is stunning , and very well kept . Super clean, Ana sanchez was amazing and would help up everyday in cleaning our room and making sure we were okay. I hope to see her again in my next stay. The staff is extremely sweet , and overall super accommodating. The food is great , there’s 2 restaurants in the hotel which i both loved. I also enjoyed their breakfast...

"As a women traveling alone- I looked for a hotel that offered valet parking. In my ignorance, I wasn’t aware that it wasn’t available at all hours. I had to park my car in the garage at 2am alone- which defeated the purpose of the valet parking. Other than that slight inconvenience everything else was amazing! I will definitely return."
