I was first put in room 210 and the room was messed up, the bathroom was even leaking, and i was forced to request for another room which took forever. I eventually got another but there was no network connection at all in the room, spent all my day either sitting at the reception or by the stairs just to access internet. whew Complementary breakfast was good though, staffs are nice and welcoming but the building needs renovation

rooms were very old and moldy. The hotel needs to be completely renovated. The bathrooms are old and yucky. Room moldy and has very very very old furniture. Restaurant meager. same small breakfast every dayyyyyy

I like that it was near the ocean but I didn't like that I was next to a room who had the tv full volume and when I told the worker he ignored me. Also, there is no jacuzzi. They had issues and now its just filled with cement. The breakfast is ok. If you want to buy seperate its like $250 rd pesos so like $5 us.

Linens had cigarettes burns. Towels were stained or dirty. Insects ran around in plain sight. We didn't stay a single night because it was so bad. The duty manager was a pig. He was rude and argumentative and never sought to solve any of the complaints. Instead, he said we got what we paid for. He also said our problem wasn't with the hotel but with expedia which booked a basic room. I want my money back.

the air conditioning does not work and the rooms that they show are not the reality of what you get when you arrive they do not receive credit card payments because supposedly the machine is damaged and to pay cash you have to pay the price they receive the dollar at 60 is a gotcha
