"My partner and I had a wonderful time in the grand suite. The jacuzzi on the balcony was amazing for the sunrise. "I chose this hotel because one of the pools has gradual shallow steps - my elderly parent cannot climb up and down the usual vertical-style pool steps so this was a really important feature for us. It meant she was able to use the pool by walking in and out. The hotel was generally lovely. The rooms had lots of space, were always clean, and the balcony was really appreciated. "Truly wonderful - We stayed here for 3 nights (wish we'd make it more) and had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was lovely with a range of fruits/cold & hot food, eggs cooked to your liking (if desired) as well as sweet cakes and more. All the staff were brilliant, from the manager, front desk, catering and cleaning staff. "We were two families , came for four days. The hotel staff was very friendly. However, a five star hotel should looks different. The hotel rooms and facilities are in poor condition. We change three rooms until we got a reasonable one, The breakfast is good, and the hotel location is perfect. The hotel is it very big and it is lousy,"
