We loved this hotel, very clean, modern; excellent hospitality personnel and it has a beautiful view without the crowds of Fira and Oia. I would recommend renting car, they have a parking lot in the hotel, yes you can go walking to Imerovigli, some 15 minutes but if you rent a car. But is not so close walking to Fira or Oia (although is next to the trail, I would recommend you only walking to Imerovigli… the views are in the hotel)

We had a truly wonderful experience during my recent stay! From the moment we arrived, the reception desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The unexpected room upgrade was a totally pleasing experience as well. All stuff were attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, always ready with a warm smile and quick to assist with any needs or questions. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they consistently exceeded our expectations. Breakfasts were another highlight of our stay. The property is located near a cliff overseeing the caldera. This property was well kept. It was about 10 to 15 minutes from both Oia and Fira. I did have one problem and they did take care of it as well as offer a discount on my spa treatment. Overall, Cristiana made me feel so welcomed as well as luggage transporter. I would recommend a stay here.

We were greeted by a warm, helpful, welcoming staff which continued our entire time at Rocabella. The decor in all areas was very tasteful and in some cases mimicked the regional architecture (whitewashed buildings) with a theme of rocks and other natural surfaces (ie. wood). The bed was extremely comfortable and the room, albeit a bit small, was just what we needed. We would have preferred more privacy. The blackout curtains allowed us to get a good night’s sleep. The pools were on the small side, but there were enough of them to easily service the guests. A suggestion is for the cozy lounge chair covers to be cleaned and repaired (some have rips in them). The view from our balcony, glass doors, and from many areas of the hotel was spectacular and the sunsets overlooking the Caldera were stunning. Rocabella is conveniently located directly on the path from Fira to Oia. Be prepared to walk or drive a short distance to get to most restaurants, cafes and markets. We enjoyed our stay!

An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The views offered by this property are unmatched. The restaurant onsite is outstanding and the staff are so incredibly friendly. Special shoutout to Christina, Yannis and Angel who made our stay extra special.
