Pool and spa facilities clean and well kept, and even though hotel is short walk from the airport terminal, courtesy shuttle is useful as walk can be difficult with multiple luggage items due to pavement/walkways (an issue not related to the hotel). "

"Premium rooms were well equipped and modern. The Breakfast options were the best I’ve had in an European hotel. Lovely quiet spa. Gym was well equipped. I found it slightly far to walk to most of the attractions and used Uber. The roof top pool area was crowded and loud when I stayed. We struggled to get a bed. Service in reception and dining areas was excellent. Housekeeping could have been better. Overall a pleasant stay and I would go there again. "

"best location in lisbon, 1/2 mile walk to the main tourist area, just outside all the chaos. staff was excellent, room was very quiet. one odd issue the door handle came off when trying to open the door. will stay here on our next trip."
