The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

Foi desesperador, porque as pessoas eram atendidas e eu continuava ali. Depois de ser enfática resolveram o meu problema, por esse único motivo não dei 5 estrelas. A acomodação é ótima! Quarto com TV a cabo, ar condicionado, boa rouparia, banheiro grande, muito aconchegante. Café da manhã com uma variedade boa....
