They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made traveling the city and airport easy.

Cumple con las necesidades básicas. -El desayuno OK y la tienda de auto servicio en el lobby bastante completo en caso de emergencia. -Flojo servicio de limpieza, personalmente realicé check in aproximadamente 16hs (permiten desde las 14) me entregan el cuarto sucio y desordenado del huésped anterior, solicito limpieza, reciben la notificación, salgo del hotel y retorno 23:30, habitaciones en el mismo estado. Solicito cambio y me lo otorgan. -Algunas manchas en sábanas y toallas. -Ducha con agua caliente de noche, pero no en la mañana. -Zona poco segura de noche. -Cumple con necesidades básicas(dormir, desayunar) sin lujo. Estrutura e atendimento do hotel excelente . Ponto a verificar Agua quente do chuveiro demora muito tempo para chegar ocasionando um desperdicio muito grande de agua , em torno de 5 minutos para chegar agua quente e neste periodo fica aberto desperdiçando agua . estava no quarto 518 Se todos os quartos for neste perfil de demora a despeza com agua é gigante .

Muito confortável, bonito e de qualidade. Melhor café da manha que já vi. Minha reclamação é em relação ao ar condicionado que desligava sempre e a janela não abria, me acordando no calor na madrugada. O frigobar também estava sujo.
