Nice and clean hotel in a very good neighborhood. Spacious rooms, good breakfast. Alphaville is a nice, clean and safe town. My only challenge was getting timely response to questions before arrival. Check-in ends at midnight but my flight arrives in the morning. I just could not get them hold my room so that I can check-in the morning. Other than that it is a great hotel, friendly staff. Overall, I would recommend.

It would be nice to have a couch in the room but overall the stay was nice. The breakfast was exceptional one of the best I ever had for free at a hotel. My parents didn’t have an adaptor to charge their phones since we are from Canada and the hotel gave them one which was very generous. The only issue was during check in they tried to charge us extra because we were bringing our dog and we told them it was not stated on Expedia where we booked that there would be extra charges. They tried to argue until my wife spoke to the manager and he agreed not to charge us extra. So better communication between the hotel and Expedia would be nice. But a nice stay.

The first time to stay at Alphaville. The hotel situated at the very convenient commercial area, which has a lot of eating options, including cafe. The supermarket is walking distance. The staffs were nice and very efficient. The only thing missing was coffee maker and hot pot in the room. Otherwise, very comfortable.

Reservamos um quarto com cama de casal, apesar de confortavel, na realidade era 2 camas de solteiro unidas. Hotel não informou e nem perguntou se aceitariamos. Apenas não reclamamos devido que ficou confortavel. Fora isso estadia foi muito boa, café regular sem muitas opções e mesmo cardápio todos os dias. Almoço/Janta compensa comer fora ou pedir ifood pois hotel é caro e não justifica valor superfaturado. Piscina e sauna excelente, funcionários todos educados e solicitos.
