Horrible experience and was verbally assaulted by the security. There is no lobby or reception here and we never recieved an access code to get in; the security was rude, grabbed my phone from my hands and screamed obscenities to my husband and I. We were there for work and im 6 months pregnant, he called us poor and that we wouldn’t be let into the building. I spoke with the Charlie team on WhatsApp and even though they apologized for the situation we didn’t feel safe and left to find an actual hotel. This was the worst experience and service and I’m still waiting for my refund.

O quarto advertido não era o mesmo que foi entregue. No quarto faltavam itens básicos como sacos de lixo, detergente, e outras ferramentas para manter a limpeza do quarto. A comunicação com o hotel foi péssima. Não há nenhum representante do hotel no prédio e a comunicação com a empresa era exclusivamente por mensagem, que começava de forma automática antes de ser direcionado a um atendente humano.

Viajei para trabalhar, prédio extremamente barulhento, não consegui dormir duas noites de três que tinha alugado, pedia para resolver, só me falavam que vão falar na portaria, não aconteceu nada, continuou festa até as 4madrugada. Enfim, tenho pessima experiencia, para quem viaja a trabalho esse lugar não serve, ou para quem gosta de descansar em silêncio.

Achei uma estadia razoável com pontos positivos e alguns a melhorar. Os pontos positivos são a localização, que é de fácil acesso a diversos lugares centrais, como também gostei bastante dos lençóis e travesseiros que são bem confortáveis. Existem pratos, talheres e panelas, cafeteira e já deixam 2 cápsulas de brinde. Achei isso bem legal. Porém, existem pontos a melhorar. Inicialmente a comunicação com o anfitrião é automática pelo WhatsApp, o que dificulta bastante a comunicação. Como também para entrarmos no condomínio, embora já tivéssemos enviado nossas fotos e documentação, precisávamos sempre que queríamos entrar e sair, era necessário a identificação pra sermos liberados. No apartamento achei que precisa ser usado um difusor pra melhorar o cheiro doambiente, pois saia do ralo um odor bem desagradável. Outro ponto, foi o edredom que estava sujo e manchado, como também o sofá. Tirando, isso foi uma boa estadia
