The best of all is the staffs all very friendly food always fresh . The lady that clean my room everyday her name is Neide , she was amazing very kind and helpful person. I was recovering from a surgery and she made sure everyday I had what I need .

Acredito que o hotel tenha que mudar sua política de check-in. Não consegui antecipar minha entrada, mesmo mandando mensagem antes. Tive que esperar quase 06h para poder acessar o quarto, sendo que em outros hotéis eu sempre consigo ainda que pagando a mais. Nunca tive problemas com antecipação de check-in até me hospedar no IBIS Ibirapuera. No momento de fazer o cadastro, demorou demasiado devido às políticas internas do hotel. Dessa forma, formou-se fila desnecessária. Nunca vi demorar tanto para fazer algo simples. Novamente, nunca havia passado por isso antes em nenhum outro hotel, até mesmo hotéis mais simples. O hotel cobra preços muito caros para a qualidade que oferece. Minha experiência foi ruim, porque perdi muita coisa que estava planejando por ter que esperar demais para fazer check-in. O hotel já deveria deixar avisado que normalmente não conseguem antecipar, pois eu teria reservado outro hotel. Quanto ao atendimento da recepção, achei a profissional muito educada. Uma pena um hotel renomado não conseguir dar suporte aos seus clientes e fazer seus funcionários ter que lidar com toda essa situação. Ah, e uma dica para plataforma: estadia é só para veículos. Para pessoas é estada.
