They are making repairs on parts of the building, and some of the rooms are disturbingly noisy. The buffet was a C. 6us Is fair for overnight parking. Cleaning staff very noisy opening and closing the doors doors in the morning.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, as I understand the hospitality business is hard. However, I had multiple issues checking in, and despite being an international hotel, all but one of the front-area staff spoke English, so it was very hard to resolve things. I understand Brazil's Portuguese is the primary language, but usually, staff at hotels in business areas are usually hired with ability to speak a moderate level of English. The rooms are very dated and could use a refresher.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Der Empfang war nach anfänglichen erheblichen Sprachschwierigkeiten (Hilfe eines Portugiesisch sprechenden Freundes) OK. Das Zimmer im 13. Stockwerk sehr klein. Ein Bügel, kein Stuhl, kein Raum für Ablagen. Offenbar hält es dort niemand länger eine Schlafnacht aus. Klimaanlage laut. Alle Geräusche auf der Etage deutlich hörbar. Lautes Verschlussschlagen der Zimmertüren. Dusche sehr klein. Die beiden heiß kalt Wasserdrehhähne schwierig einzustellen. Alles schien sehr in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Das Gym mit zwei Laufbändern und einem Rad lächerlich. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht gerade ein guter Stadtteil. Wird als eher gefährlich eingestuft. Insgesamt einfach "poor" - und angesichts des hohen Preises unverschämt. Einzig positiv war das Frühstück.
