The Checkin process was long perhaps because it was made with Expedia 20 mins prior to arrival but they could not find my reservation. The room was big but had paint peeling paint. The pool and sauna were nice but the wooden floors of the pool area was shading / peeling off. The staff was pleasant

Hotel needs maintenance, dirty stained walls, bad smell, trash on the hall not collected daily. We arrived with a baby and had to wait to make sure the room was ok for us, when we got there the lights did not work, we had to return to the front desk, wait and check ourselves for the new room. Not a safe area to walk.

Horrible place. Front desk was not helpful. Overpriced , my room has a broken door. No phone, no wifi no room service nothing. I felt this was a ripoff. The sheets were dirty and the breakfast in the morning was a disaster. No plates no mugs ,I will never stay in this place. Not as pictured. Horrible stay.

Hotel lotado comprometeu a experiência desde o checkin. Quarto estava com pia e chuveiro pingando. Sem cobertor no quarto e não tinham outro para fornecer. Arredores tranquilos, fácil acesso. O hotel parece melhor do que foi a experiência que tive, mas na próxima considerarei outras opções.

Otima localizaçao em Higianopolis, nao em metro perto, regiao cercada de cafes e restaurantes. Como hotel e composto por flats, so posso falar do apt. que ficamos, estava com a descarga estragada e a cama bem pequena mas limpo, banheiro nao era bom. Quanto ao restante do hotel, e perfeito area com piscina, otima academia, cafe da manha excelente.
