O pior hotel que ja me hospedei em sp. Cheguei no hotel e o quarto que reservei nao estava disponível, me colocaram em outro quarto e nem falaram que o valor era menor, tive que perguntar se nao ia acabar perdendo o dinheiro do quarto mais caro que ja havia pago. Hotel Totalmente desorganizado, deixamos o carro no estacionamento e o carro voltou danificado da garagem do hotel.

Horrible place. Front desk was not helpful. Overpriced , my room has a broken door. No phone, no wifi no room service nothing. I felt this was a ripoff. The sheets were dirty and the breakfast in the morning was a disaster. No plates no mugs ,I will never stay in this place. Not as pictured. Horrible stay.

Razoável a um pouco ruim. Não ficaria de novo. No quarto não tem black out como informado. Não tem vedação na janela/porta então o frio de SP e barulho da estrada entravam totalmente no quarto impedindo de dormir. Como estava muito frio pedi uma manta a mais. Não deram, é só uma manta por quarto. E era uma manta fina, não era edredom. Chave de acesso do quarto também era apenas uma e éramos duas. Tínhamos rotinas diferentes e iríamos chegar em horários diferentes O café da manhã é um pouco ruim. Tem ovos, bolo, pão de queijo mas o sabor não é grande coisa. Tinha sedimentos na água do café da manhã também, informei isso a eles Agora algo simples que eles poderiam providenciar é ter mais uma tomada do lado da cama

Se for só para dormir, ainda passa!
O quarto era o 1003. Muito simples, com acabamento interno sofrível. Tudo antigo no quarto que peguei e nenhum esforço para "disfarçar" a cara de "velho". Ar condicionado muito antigo, mas pelo menos já é do tipo SPLIT. Chuveiro apesar de ser do tipo elétrico, é muito bom. Sistema de isolamento de som da rua inexistente, o que gera um barulho absurdo para dormir, durante toda a noite, mesmo estando no décimo andar. Café da manhã razoável (eu não precisaria de nada diferente). Na verdade, eles precisam melhorar muito o interior do quarto para a gente ter vontade de voltar, pelo valor cobrado da diária.

Padrao dentro do esperado, exceto liberacao do quarto. Chegamos mais cedo, deixamos as malas no deposito e indicamos numero de quarto preferido para apos 14h. Ao retornar as 15h, o quarto NAO estava liberado. A nova atendente apos esse horario foi gentil, e anotou que seu colega anterior, nao tinha agido, conforme nossa solicitacao, e apos pequenacespera o quarto solicitado foi liberado.
