Staff were friendly, helpful and calm. One issue with housekeeping being quite poor but reception sorted it out without a fuss. Not a lot of English spoken but Google Translate is your friend these days so no problem.

Location was amazing near paulista avenue. Property itself has been updated and while the room and bathroom are cosy they serve well the purpose of a 3/4 day stay in Sao Paulo . Breakfast is ok , rather repetitive but a fresh egg station is a bonus. This is a value for money property and I would recomend staying here . Language can be an issue but if you are a google translate expert it works well .. and is applicable to Brazil in general. Staff do their job but I would not say they go above and beyond.

I Was Comfortable

This was my third time staying at this hotel. The beds are nice and the room is clean. My hotel window view was good. This place is close to all of the places that I like to visit including the mall. This is my number 1 hotel for São Paulo. My only complain during this stay: The liquid soap dispenser was near empty and there were no soap bars.

Our stay started off fine, but an issue with the door mechanism resulted in a room change which was a down grade. New room the safe didn't work, under the sink counter in the bathroom dark mar marks on the wall. Since this was where the toilet paper bin was I could only imagine what caused them. Also fould a red mark on the pillow case. Our last night I placed 2 towels on the floor to be replaced. I contacted the front desk twice to get at least one new bath towel and after a lot of promises we got nothing. If customer service is important to you then I would skip this hotel. The breakfast buffet was good and the staffs there are very efficient.
