Good reception staff, noisy room

The pool and gym is small but sufficient. The service at the reception is really good. The rooms are basic but slso ok. My room was towards the street and the noise level was something it took me ome nights to get used to (despite ear plugs)

The Checkin process was long perhaps because it was made with Expedia 20 mins prior to arrival but they could not find my reservation. The room was big but had paint peeling paint. The pool and sauna were nice but the wooden floors of the pool area was shading / peeling off. The staff was pleasant

Hotel needs maintenance, dirty stained walls, bad smell, trash on the hall not collected daily. We arrived with a baby and had to wait to make sure the room was ok for us, when we got there the lights did not work, we had to return to the front desk, wait and check ourselves for the new room. Not a safe area to walk.

Was a bit disappointed with the communicstion and the fact that the cleaning staff threw away stuff that I saved for taking back to sweden. A Iron Maiden Glass for example. Hugely disappointed that the staff didn't answer on whatsapp when I made a Complain about this. Also the room service menu and whatsapp order for the room service didn't work....

Horrible hotel and staff

Horrible place. Front desk was not helpful. Overpriced , my room has a broken door. No phone, no wifi no room service nothing. I felt this was a ripoff. The sheets were dirty and the breakfast in the morning was a disaster. No plates no mugs ,I will never stay in this place. Not as pictured. Horrible stay.

Hotel com boa localiação de fácil acesso a onibus, metro etc... Os quartos são de bom tamanho. Café da manhã bem gostoso. Só achei que deviam trocar as roupas de cama diariamente. Mas no geral bom.

Piorou muito

De 1 ano pra cá o hotel caiu muito a qualidade de atendimento dos funcionários, que ficam fazendo rodinhas no café da manhã e inclusive a cozinheira preparou para o rapaz que também era funcionário todo de branco de chinelo que estava falando alto e zombando no café da manhã um ovo mexido na hora só pra ele, fazendo diferença aos hospedes. Café da manhã que inclusive caiu muito a qualidade, não possui mais tapioca, pão de queijo, os bolos secos, e o cuscuz era de três dias atrás empedrado, as camareiras rindo e conversando pelos corredores e elevadores. Tive o desprazer de entrar em um a camareira soltar para a outra que estava fazendo um "boquetão" super contrangedor para uma família. Tubulações do estacionamento estão todas vazando, um perigo pois o piso está liso demais, o que pode ocasionar uma queda. Restaurante para pedir refeições péssimo, não tinha feijão, nem file de frango. Pedi duas refeições e me trouxeram apenas uma, a moça ainda teimava dizendo que pedi um só, tive que mostrar a conversa do whats com ela provando que tinha pedido dois, pra ela pedir desculpas, sem contar que alugam talheres para poder comer, um absurdo. Chuveiro já parou de funcionar no primeiro dia, só resolveu depois de trocar. Segundo dia, somente nosso apartamento estava sem energia, novamente outra manutenção. Avalio que no geral são coisas que demonstram que o estabelecimento está sem "Gerência". Péssimo.

Ótima localização

Ótima localização, quarto bom, com cama King, TV, Ar condicionado, banheiro bom, cozinha com microondas, geladeira, pia e tanquinho. Tem dois janelões que dão acesso a uma varanda com cadeiras e mesa. Nestes janelões haviam uma cortina escura em um e uma branca em outro, o que incomodava quando amanhecia. Café da manhã muito bom

Uma noite sem dormir

A localização é boa mas fica próxima a um cruzamento e um viaduto, me colocaram no 3º andar de frente do lado esquerdo bem ao lado do barulho intenso, não dormi nada a noite devido ao barulho constante, os quartos deveriam ter janelas e portas anti ruído, o lençol a todo momento saindo para fora ficando o colchão no rosto, o banheiro é muito pequeno e quase impossível de se mexer no box, estrutura do hotel boa, café da manhã bom. Estacionamento ok
