The e staff was very helpful the area is not so much especially during the weekend because everything is closed around the hotell and on weekdays is too much traffic

Quarto sujo, parece que nem foi limpo antes de entrarmos, cortinas completamente marrom de tanta sujeira, toalhas de rosto parecia pano de chão, não tinha nem a mesinha de cabeceira, parece que foi arrancada tava tudo ali os buracos e uma cadeira que seria da bancada ali no lugar, tudo parecia improvisado, enfim para um hotel grande, não poderia nem deixar entrar hóspedes nestas condições, não recomendo e não voltarei com toda certeza. Já fiquei outras vezes a anos atrás e não era assim jogado, não vale nem a metade que estão cobrando.

Só voltarei se não tiver outra escolha
Chegamos no hotel próximo de meia noite e tinha umas 20 pessoas aguardando o checkin (uns 3 grupos e uns 2 casais). Ficamos até quase uma da manhã pra conseguir subir para o quarto. Ar condicionado em estado horrível, colado com fita larga transparente daquelas de fechar caixas de mercadorias e não ligava. Tolhas com manchas e com cheiro ruim. Péssima experiência infelizmente.

ficaria novamente
o quarto é pequeno mas limpo só tivemos problema com o ar que não funcionava tivemos que chamar assistência mais de uma vez. A localização do hotel é ótima bem no centro da feira da madrugada e dos principais shoppings do bras.
