The e staff was very helpful the area is not so much especially during the weekend because everything is closed around the hotell and on weekdays is too much traffic

Hotel barulhento.
Gente, pra mim que fui a trabalho foi uma péssima experiência. Pois trabalhamos o dia todo e quando só chega a noite só queremos mesmo é dormir e descansar para o dia seguinte. O hotel está no meio do Brás e até aí tudo bem. Mas os hóspedes de lá passam a madrugada inteira entrando e saindo e fazendo barulho. Logo pela manhã começam a embrulhar as sacolas de compras no meio dos corredores com fitas e não estão nem aí se a pessoa do quarto do lado está dormindo. Pra quem vai direto pro Brás só comprar e voltar eu indico. Mas quem quer dormir a noite pra trabalhar no dia seguinte não vá não.

Pessimo!! Falta de respeito com cadeirantes!
Por engano selecionei quarto para cadeirante, tanto que só fui dar conta a hora que abrimos a porta do quarto. Solicitamos a mocinha morena que estava na recepção para trocar, mesmo pq não tínhamos necessidade de ocupar uma vaga para pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade. A Mocinha disse que como havíamos selecionado não tinha como trocar. Achamos um verdadeiro absurdo termos que obrigatoriamente ocupar uma vaga de cadeirantes que ali podiam solicitar um quarto e não haver disponibilidade pq estávamos ocupando sem nenhuma necessidade especial. Sendo que havia em outros andares quartos normais. Enfim nós sentimos muito incomodados e com consciência pesada e não voltaremos mais tão cedo. A menos que não tenha outra alternativa. Sem contar que a pia estava entupida e não havia box nem mesmo uma cortina para que quando tomamos banho alagava todo banheiro e ia a água para quarto e tínhamos q sair secando com pano de piso e ir torcendo para enxugar o piso do banheiro e do quarto. Total descaso dessa vez pois adorávamos nos hospedar neste hotel. Mas parece q mudou equipe toda da recepção e do hotel e o atendimento está pessimo. E preparem para o check in q se inicia as 16 e vc só da entrada no apto por volta das 18 e tem q fazer check out ao 12:00 e ainda assim pagar mais de 430 reias para ficar algumas horas! Um absurdo, Td pessimo, não recomendo mais.

As cobertas não estavam limpas, sistema de Chekin fora do ar, e ainda não me colocaram em um quarto que estava em manutenção. Coloquei a opção de pagar na hospedagem na hora da reserva e eles debitaram o valor da minha conta as 7:30 da manhã, sendo que o Chekin deles é apartir das 16h

Horrível seria pouco, troquei de quarto 3 vezes a TV não funcionava e nem o ar e por último me deram a chave de um quarto que quando abri tinha um homem deitado, imagina meu susto, agora pensa se é uma pessoa desonesta encontra um quarto vazio só com pertence de alguém, essa pessoa pode simplesmente roubar e aí como vai se explicar depois 😞
