These are independently managed rooms inside the Transamerican hotel, they do not include breakfast or parking, also you cannot ask the front desk for anything in case of any issues.
We made a reservation for 3 guests (2 adultos and a child) and confirmed that they had a sofa bed.
Upon arrival there was no bedding or pillow for the sofa bed nor a third towel, and the internet did not work. I immediately contacted them via their support WhatsApp and they made us go to a different room to grab an extra towel and bedding ourselves. There were no available sheets on the other room so we had to grab towels and an extra quilt so our son could sleep on it on the sofa. We were told they would deliver sheets and get technicians to fix the internet the next day.
The next day at 4pm we arrived back and still no sheets or internet. Contacted them again and they had no record of the request. Eventually they delivered a set of sheets and advised we used the hotel’s free internet that disconnects every hour and you have to register again.
On the third day, housekeeping left us with no toilet paper, we had to go ask the front desk for to and got it as a favor as they do not support these rooms.
Pretty poor service experience. In the 3 nights we stayed we never got funcional internet, the day I had to work there I got disconnected from conference calls several times due to the hour limit. I had to spend additional money to buy data plans so I could work.
Would not recommend Xtay to anyone.
