"Everything was great. From the hosts Douglas and his mother were amazing. Perfect location. Everything is walkable or 10 minutes by buggy. "The rooms are really nice as is the property. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is the highlight. The one downside was that management decided to renovate the pool and dining area outside leaving that whole portion unavailable. We had to eat our breakfast on a small table in our room and we had no access to the pool. The area smelled like varnish. This was communicated to us upon arrival and it was upsetting. Other than that everything was great. "

"Cute and well located inn, with very friendly service. Excellent restaurant (Xica da Silva) and convenience store just down the street. You are quick taxi ride to all beaches so there is no need to rent a buggy. The mattress and pillows were covered in rubber protective casings which was odd. There is no WiFi or cell signal at this pousada or on the island, so be ware of being stuck without internet. All in all, this is a nice bed and breakfast but is too pricey for what you get."
