Minhas estadia foi muito boa com a minha família. No geral foi muito satisfatório a estadia. o condomínio é espetacular e a vista é magnifica (cereja do bolo). O apartamento é muito bom, único ponto que me incomodou foi sobre o ar condicionado, acabei não me atentando no momento da locação, porém os ventiladores são muito bons, mas para quem gosta daquele geladinho, o ar faz falta, mesmo tendo que pagar mais caro. Gostei muito da atenção de Cecilia é muito rápida nas respostas e sempre a disposição para auxiliar, muito flexível e solicita. Um ponto que devem se atentar é sobre o contrato solicitado, apesar de ser algo simples, é trabalhoso pois tem que ler, editar, reconhecer firma e enviar por sedex. Acaba sendo meio burocrático mas entendo o lado dela, claro. A locação tem um custo beneficio muito bom porém com as altas taxas embutidas acaba ficando na média. Voltaria mais vezes com certeza Parabéns pelo imóvel o lugar é lindo.

O condomínio e o apartamento é muito bem equipado, a piscina e a vista do condomínio são incríveis tirei altas fotos! Estava bem vazia então pudemos aproveitar sem aglomerar. - Tem wifi ótimo dentro do apartamento, dá pra fazer home office numa boa. Na descrição acho que só fala do wifi do condomínio. Achei o condomínio MUITO silencioso não sei se pela baixa temporada ou se é por ser residencial, se eu tivesse crianças talvez tivesse passado alguns apuros com barulho, rs. Tem praias ótimas por perto, eu fui em Guaecá, Cigarras e Baraqueçaba. Ilha Bela está fechada durante a pandemia, só entra com PCR negativo ou vacinado. Pense nisso caso queira ir pra lá. Pontos que precisar saber: - A proprietária Cecília, ela pede assinatura de contrato de locação temporária com reconhecimento de firma, portanto se precisa fazer uma reserva rápida, saiba que terá esse trabalho. Pra mim foi corrido, e não me lembro de ter visto isso na descrição então foi surpresa - Caso acabe o gás durante sua estadia, e você precise usar, o custo disso é seu. Isso foi novo pra mim, mas eu entendo o porquê. - Se for de carro alugado, evite dor de cabeça. Converse com a Cecília antes. Eles exigem os dados do carro antes do checkin e todos sabemos que só é possível pegar os dados no dia de coleta do carro, não antes.

O Lugar é realmente como está no anúncio, um Oásis, o apartamento é completo, mas quase não fiquei dentro dele porque a variedade de lazer que o condomínio oferece é realmente ótimo, a piscina (com som ambiente a sua escolha e cascata), salão de jogos, churrasqueira, saunas, academia, sem contar a vista para o mar! Vale lembrar a atenção tanto da Proprietária como dos funcionários do condomínio, são muito educados e auxiliam em tudo. Ah e o Wi-Fi é liberado 24 horas no condomínio. Bem perto da balsa para ilha bela, supermercados, farmácia, posto de combustível, padaria, pizzaria. Os Colchões são bem confortáveis, todos os cômodos tem ventilador de teto. Eu voltaria.

Bom lugar par familias. Fomos em um grupo de amigas. Bom para 6 pessoas, as outras duas pessoas extras dormem em sofá. Um pouco distante do centro histórico e balsa, 40 minutos caminhando. Tem piscina e saunas, bom para ficar no lugar. Para praias é necessário ir de carro.

Apartamento com vispa para o mar e ilha bela, da sacada tem um vista linda de frente ao mar , muito aconchegante e organizado, condominio nota 10, total segurança. As praias do litoral norte são as melhores, limpas e tranquilas para quem quer descansar. Adoramos a estadia e a proprietária muto correta e atenciosa. O apartamento fica perto da rua principal, facil acesso. Com certeza visitaremos em uma outra oportunidade.
