"We had a splendid stay. The house was just as described. All amenities described were provided. The owner, Filipe, is very responsive and helpful with any questions. We had no issues. We enjoyed the peacefulness yet close to town. As for the driveway from precious comments, yes it is steep, but we had no issues at all! We followed Felipe’s advice and we were fine."

"Lovely place to stay on the edge of the National Park. We were here for 3 nights to explore the National Park. It was a lovely place to explore. Didn't use the house much to be honest, as we were out walking all day. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of cooking equipment and crockery. Shower was nice and warm. "From the moment we arrived, we felt and saw the wow factor. The hotel is beautiful, the bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are large as well. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices. Our dinner menu was excellent and the food was delicious. The wines were top notch, we absolutely loved all the wines on offer. Everything was perfect. Even on wet mornings, umbrellas were left outside bedroom doors. Can’t fault this wonderful hotel. We will definitely go back. Thank you for making our stay soo pleasurable. "

"Thank you for a welcoming staff, large room, clean room and hotel, superbly located in Braga. Value for money very good. Several problems with my otherwise clean and very adequate room--Very few and hard to use power outlets for charging today's basic electronic equipment such as cell phones and lap tops. The A/C did not operate, but the staff, once notified, quickly put it in working order. I appreciated the response. The shower was not adjustable, so would spray out of the enclosure, soaking the floor. I asked for assistance, which was quickly provided, but the problem persisted. The only way to use the shower without flooding the bathroom was to remove the spray arm and use it as a sprayer for soaking and rinsing. The front desk staff was very, very friendly and responsive and did their best to help with this. I would stay there again and would recommend the hotel. "
