Great spa and breakfast

Recommended for relaxation away from city noises.

Generally it was very good stay . faced some problem , but the staff were helpful to solve it . Special thanks to Samiyah , The PR in charge and cafeteria staff .

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location and the serenity of the resort is amazing. We were received by Ms Samia Mohamed at the reception desk. She took excellent care of our stay. She explained to us various touristic areas and transportation options. We will certainly come back.

Great location, clean and friendly, excellent food

We really enjoyed our stay here, we stayed in the double deluxe room which had a good view of Sapanca lake. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the presentation was excellent. We also had great massages in the spa. The spa staff, one in particular, wasn't the most knowledgeable but the others were great.

Sapanca Stay

Richmond Nua Wellness is the best property in Sapanca in my opinion. It has an unbeatable location right by the lake, peaceful setting, comfortable accommodation and excellent spa facilities. It is an adult only hotel so if you are not traveling with kids, this is the place to stay in Sapanca. Our stay was excellent thanks to Guest Relation Manager Ms. Samia Mohamed. She has been quite helpful and showed us great hospitality. Richmond will be my number one choice in Sapanca

Wer verwöhnt werden möchte sollte hier Urlaub machen, hier wird man herzlichst empfangen. Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Alle Bereiche sind sehr sauber. Man erholt sich sehr da es ein Erwachsenen hotel ist. Da Frühstück ist gigantisch und sehr lecker. Der Spa Wellness Bereich ist gut durchdacht und schnell erreichbar.
