The room was spacious however the hotel is in dire need of a renovation. The inability to control the room temperature was not good because it was extremely hot with no way to turn it down. Location was good.

Unlikenthe typical APA hotel this is a property they aquired that used to be another hotel and the rooms are nothing like the standard APA hotels. You get a full bathroom with separated toilet, sink, and bathtub area and you get a huge room with enough space to fit about 6 extra people. While the decor feels a bit dated it has an amazing 80s or 90s feel to it. By far my favorite hotel I have stayed in during both of my Japan trips.
