Snow Festival stay

We came for the Sapporo Snow Festival and this hotel was in a great location for our trip. Aside from being walking distance, the near by tram stops made it easy to have excursions to other parts of the city, like to Susukino for example.

Great location with good service

The hotel is located near by many places, so you can go to many places by walk. Also the hotel provides free shuttle to the Sapporo station and it is really useful. It is not a new hotel, but managed well. Breakfast is fine. Also it has oncen in the hotel.

The rooms are larger than the normal Japan hotels. There’s a few restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Location is good - not too far from ramen alley and shopping. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to Sapporo Station, which is nice. For airport transfer, we took the bus directly from the airport to hotel and vice versa. This made traveling easy with all our luggage.

Generally good hotel. Rather small beds in a twin room, and disappointed that guests have to pay to use the hot spring bath.

Out of the way but with an shuttle service to/fro JR Sapporo Train Station . Excellent breakfast. Onsen use cost Y1000. No razors in room. Staffs/Facilities overwhelmed with group tourists trade.

I thought I'd prepaid breakfast for the following morning confirmed this with the agent when I checked in. But in the morning, I was told I hadn't prepaid was required to pay. I couldn't find any documentation that I had prepaid, so have to assume I was in the wrong, but it would have been useful to have this information at checkin. Otherwise, I had an excellent stay - thank you !
