The location was fantastic, but unfortunately our non-smoking room stink horribly of cigarette smoke. We had coughing fits all night. Staff was not very welcoming compared to hospitality across our trip. Last con is this was the most firm bed of our whole trip.... less comfy than futon. Best pro was the location, but we had an uncomfortable cramped and smoke filled stay that made us wish we had our backup hotel for the whole stay in Sapporo. Payed the same price down the street for a room with no smoke smell, bigger room, and comfier beds...wouldn't stay here again.

The room size is not really satisfactory

It’s a nice hotel if you can get it at a good price but be aware of the room size. It’s only like 12 to 13 m² so don’t expect any spacious atmosphere. The room was very clean, people at the reception. Desk were very nice, and the check in was fast and without any hassles. I thought Brezo would go again but for a long stay over the state with family this would be definitely too small. I like the water kettle, the complementary, coffee, and tea, and the amenities but you have to get at the lobby. They actually had an almost full size bathtub. As I said for the right money, it’s a good deal but that’s about it.
