Bien que l'hôtel soit un peu loin du centre-ville, le trajet se fait bien en tramway. Un service de qualité qui dépasse largement le prix payé. Chambres très propres et le personnel souhaite que votre séjour soit une réussite. Je recommande sans hésiter et j'y retournerai lorsque je retournerai à Sarajevo.

Medium hotel in quarter with villas and industry. Not easy to find without GPS. Close to public transport from / to Sarajevo center.

Waste of cash and Innaccurate Profile

The hotel was really far away from everything but I think the most frustrating thing was that the 24hr front desk isn't actually 24 hours. It's only staffed during certain hours and if your bus or train is late and you don't have a way to contact them you're pretty much screwed with fining anybody around. I wouldn't stay there again. I spent so much on taxis that I may as well have stayed at a higher priced hotel closer in to everything. There's not even a restaurant withing 20 minutes walking

Nice and friendly hotel

It is a very well run hotel with a family feel. The person who checked us in spoke English very well and went out of her way to give information and help. Again, we needed to leave early and asked for breakfast earlier than scheduled time. When we came down, full breakfast was ready.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, proprietari molto disponibili e gentili per ogni bisogno o richiesta.Zona periferica ma servita da tram (fermata a 400m )che portano in centro in 25'-30'. Camera curata e pulita. Consigliato per contenere i costi...il "prezzo" è solo un po' di strada da fare per raggiungere il centro.

Rent och billigt, men lite långt från centrum

Något avsides, men fungerade bra med spårvagn till centrum. Står på Hotels.com att det är 2 km till centrum, men det är tyvärr c:a 7 km. Fanns ingen stol eller skrivbord, men vi fick en stol när vi sade till. Bra frukost.

After a struggle to find the place on entering advised that they accept cash only & that no restaurants in immediate area. So off to the ATM we go !Extremely small & cramped room & bathroom , had to leave to change your mind. Parking haphazard at best & the breakfast was simple but at the end adequate for our needs.

The breakfast set out for us everyday was amazing. The staff was very friendly and willing to provide information as to getting around the city. I'm staying again next year!

Decían con balcón privado y frigobar. Tuvimos la habitación 2. No había frigobar y el balcón era continuo y tenían acceso 2 habitaciones más del frente. La ducha filtraba agua al piso del baño lo que molestaba mucho. Cuando reclamamos dijeron que estaba pendiente de arreglo. El desayuno bueno.

não me agradou

Me decepcionei com as condições do hotel, embora pessoal simpático na recepção, onde uma única pessoa se comunica em inglês. Café fraco, quarto boas dimensões mas pouco conforto, sem ar condicionado e toalhas horríveis. Localização distante da cidade mas com uma linha de tram passando a uns 800m. Numa próxima oportunidade escolheria outra opção.

Accueil sympathique. Réception et salle de petits déjeuners refaites mais pas les chambres qui restent sommaires (surtout la salle de bain). Hotel mal situé à l'extérieur de Sarajevo même les taxis ne connaissaient pas l'endroit... Si vous comptez faire un tour en ville, il vous faut être motorisé.

Vi valgte hotellet ud fra at der skulle være aircondition,køleskab, minibar og hårtører på værelset. Der var ingen af delene. Vi brokkede os til hotellet og fik lidt rabat. Hotel.com har vi endnu ikke hørt fra. Værelser fejler ikke noget og betjeningen er god når man ser bort fra manglerne. Hotellet ville rette oplysningerne.. det har de endnu ikke gjort.

Es un hotel dificil de encontrar y con falta de remodelación. La chica que nos atendió fue muy muy simpática y nos ayudó mucho, eso sí. Si no fuera porque la relación calidad/precio es mala, la recomendaría. Es difícil encontrar gente tan agradable en Bosnia

Nice staff, great distance to the airport, clean and quiet. Only bad thing was the area the hotel was located at, bad signs and tiny roads made the hotel hard to find from the main road. It doesn't make it easier either considering Sarajevo city seems afraid of putting up signs telling drivers where they are or where to drive, neither any street names existed anywhere.

This hotel is close to the airport, conveinetly located, nice and clean rooms. The only problem was that the rooms are not warm enough at night. The free breakfast is a nice way to start your day.

Nice mom and pop hotel

If you are looking to stay away from the rush of the city this is a great hotel. It is only a 500 m walk to the metro line connecting you in 25 min to the old town and 5 min to the Ilidiza area.
