Quick stop over - easy to access - safe - plenty of parking - clean friendly staff - a little dated in the room but comfortable for a stop over - not ideal for walking distance to Orleans town.

The Comfort Hotel was conveniently located for an early morning drive to Paris train station/airport. The room was reasonably comfortable and clean. We did not choose to pay extra for breakfast. Our only problem with the hotel was from the online check-in which changed our paid reservation from 4 to 3 people. We were unable to contact the hotel to figure it out before our stay - phone calls were dropped and there was no response to multiple online chat attempts. When we actually arrived the staff were very accomodating, saying the reservation changed due to the room having an issue and they gave us 2 connecting rooms. So it all worked out, but it was still a bit stressful ahead of time.

I’d say value for money. Descent Hotel, when you’re looking for a night when travelling, however not to stay longer. Quite comfortable bed and the air conditioner are the advantage.

Basically a shipping container with a portals in corner, very shabby, not very clean although bedding was ok, just one blanket no extras offered, no soap, dodgy bedside lights and very difficult lock on door. Appalling area on edge of industrial estate and mainly occupied by road workers!

Restaurant closed and we weren’t told before hand. Needs updating urgently. 1 towel between 2. No bath mat. Shower head had to be held. Hole in the wall. Pull down blind wouldn’t stay down. Kept popping up all night

HĂŽtel choisi pour sa localisation : on sort de l'autoroute, on y est, prĂȘts Ă  repartir le lendemain. Une arrivĂ©e dĂ©cevante : Ă  la rĂ©ception on rĂ©pond pĂ©niblement a notre bonjour, on voulait nous facturer 4 taxes de sĂ©jour au lieu de 2 (les enfants de moins de 18 ans ne payent pas, le rĂ©ceptionniste ne semblait pas trĂšs informĂ©), lorsque je paye on ne me rend pas la monnaie, il a fallu rĂ©clamer. CĂŽtĂ© chambre, seulement 2 serviettes pour 4 , + 1 serviette sale abandonnĂ©e par les prĂ©cĂ©dents occupants et non dĂ©barrassĂ©e. L'Ă©vier est bouchĂ©, la clim ne marche pas, il y a des moisissures aux murs, pas de savon dans la baignoire (cassĂ©), une araignĂ©e de belle taille. Il s'agissait d'une escale de quelques heures pour dormir avant de repartir, on fera avec, mais c'est assez dĂ©cevant. Heureusement la literie Ă©tait propre et confortable et il n'y avait pas de bruit la nuit. Au dĂ©part la rĂ©ceptionniste Ă©tait quant Ă  elle trĂšs avenante, souriante, et agrĂ©able.
