"Simply amazing view from the terrace, big and clean room with comfortable bed, spacious shower. Simple, but filling breakfast. Friendly cats who will give you your morning headbump. Might not be suitable for someone with mobility issues and without a car, quite a bit of climb to get to the hotel."

"My family and I recently spent a week in Sarandë, and we had the pleasure of staying at Kanes Hotel which is own by the same owner of Monte Cristo Hotel. From the start, it was an amazing experience. The views were beautiful, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The staff stood out for their friendliness and quick responsiveness—they were always ready to help and made us feel so welcome. One of the big highlights was the private secured parking, which gave us peace of mind knowing our car was safe and conveniently accessible. The self-check-in option was also a bonus, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free. Kanes Hotel truly made our stay in Sarandë feel special, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. "Suites were amazing with a great view of the pool and sea. Very clean and modern rooms. I loved the tub in my room & the rainfall shower was pretty large. I did not like that my suite had a shared balcony; so the staff found me another room with 2 private balconies. The staff is great and super responsive. They will provide excellent customer service to ensure your visit is pleasant. Highly recommend! Be sure to check out the 2 pools, bar, and private beach. 10/10"

"We loved this hotel, it was in a great location about a 20 minute walk from the main section of Saranda. It was very clean, in great condition and the staff were lovely - they couldn’t do enough for you. The pool set up was great, and there was a small beach with loungers and bean bags. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!"

"The best part of this Hotel was the exceptional service Omer provided me with. I can't thank him enough for everything he did for me and always with a warm welcoming smile. The room had beautiful views right on the Promenade but that also came with lots of noise at bedtime, but after all the tiring experiences, I slept. The room was very comfortable, clean and in the perfect location to either walk or drive to. I had a difficult trip, non hotel related, and Omer helped me so much, he went above and beyond and knowing that I could count on him made my experience in Saranda much better. As a solo traveler he made me feel safe. Breakfast was good and the hotel also has a popular restaurant for local food. If you are looking for peace and quiet then stay away from the Promenade, but if you are looking for fun and access to everything this is a perfect location. Thank you Omer"

"The hotel was perfect for what we needed, with a nice view from our balcony across to Corfu. The pool and room were clean and breakfast was tasty. The only 2 downsides were that the car park was more like an abandoned quarry with a large digger in, so only enough room to park for several cars, and the lots either side of the hotel were building sites which you couldn’t see from any pictures online. We weren’t too fussed but it’s worth baring in mind if you want a scenic hotel stay"
