Excellent location. Close to beach. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. The kitchen did not have a dish towel or dish soap. This made if difficult to wash dishes. I had to buy them at a store. There was no beach umbrella or beach chairs. This would have been helpful. Otherwise my family had a great time. We will be back.

Great place!!
Extremely clean, updated, cozy place. The beds were very comfy and the rental had nice tv’s, beach towels and even a hair straightener. We would definitely book again!

The location is perfect as it’s a couple blocks from the beach, however, very quiet from the noise on Gulf Drive. Bright, sunny and cheery. The rooms were perfect sizes and it had all we needed. Extremely clean, and the color of the unit was beautiful as well as the bedding.

Spacious little gem
Two king size beds, pet friendly, great pool area. This location was very well equipped for comfort and beach time. Big beach towels, bags, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, sunscreen, and skim boards for use. We will be back and may attempt to rent all four units!

Hidden Gem!
This property is a hidden gem! The exterior is unassuming - it's a single-story home that's been broken up into two units. The property is well cared for, with good landscaping, one official parking spot per unit, etc. There is a pool that is shared with three units - the one attached to this 2-bedroom unit, as well as another building with two units that are also for rent by the same property manager/owner. The unit we rented was fantastic!! Nice beachy decor, comfortable king-size beds in the 2 bedrooms, stainless steel appliances, nice new countertops, and they have most of the amenities that you would want - beach towels, beach chairs, water pitcher with filter, etc. A couple of things to note. This unit sleeps 6, with two people on the pull-out couch. From what I understand, the fold-out bed doesn't sleep all that well, our family members who slept there said it creaked and they felt like they slept in a hole. So I would think a thick mattress topper might help that pull-out couch. Appliance-wise, the unit came with a fridge, oven/stove, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and blender. There are two grills outside for the use of the four units, and also a shared washer/dryer for laundry. Our group brought a portable ice maker, which was a good thing, as the freezer did not have an ice maker inside, and the portable ice maker kept our coolers full throughout our trip. The only other "missing" appliance I can think of is a dishwasher, but that's really not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Overall, we absolutely LOVED our stay here, and we would consider renting multiple units and bringing more friends and family with us for the future!!

I did try to reach out to the property manager before writing this but didn’t hear back. The house is in a great location and renovated. It has two good sized rooms with king beds. It was well stocked with everything we could need and included some extras such such as sun screen and beach chairs. I reached out to the property manager before our stay to ask if we could park our car and golf cart on the property, but I never got a response. When we checked in there was no power and there was an awful smell. Property manager came out and checked everything and then left to call the owner. It took two hours to resolve and it was due to the owner not paying the electricity bill. The smell got better once the AC came on, but never fully went away. We were given instructions that we had to keep the AC above 75 degrees and it was extremely hot.

Happy Place!
I thoroughly enjoyed my month long stay at Eleanor’s cottage. Clean and very comfortable. It’s a wonderful, safe neighborhood with lots of nice people. Three blocks from the beach and beautiful sunsets. Added bonus that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Also, washer and dryer available. Pool was very clean. Nice patio for happy hour. I have already booked for 2023.

Clean, not accurate description
The home is advertised with a heated pool. That was important to us, because it was a January trip. Ther pool is not heated, the heater isn't even connected. The toilet in the bathroom leaked terribly. The floor was wet the whole time we were there. (It was wet when we checked in)

2 minutes walk to de beach
Nice and beautiful Unit, two comfortable king beds and one sofa bed that I recommended for one adult or two small kids because it is a thin mattress. The Unit is equipped with everything you need, they thought of every detail, even the sunscreen. The only thing I found is that the pool was too small for shared with the 4 units. I could recommend another table in the pool area. Very effective communication. Eleanor quickly answered all my questions, thank you!
