Mimosa Girls Trip
Beautiful venue, all amenities, and location just as promised and pictured on the VRBO listing. We had 8 in our group and had a nice area for parking. Great Bachelor Getaway
The penthouse was the perfect location for our bachelor getaway to Saratoga. Enough rooms/beds to sleep our crew of 10 and within spitting distance of downtown made it easy to go out with a crew and not have to worry about getting split up or hassling with rides to and fro.

Horse racing
Initially, when we got to the property, the TV the Wi-Fi and the air conditioning was not working. We talked to our host to immediately got on these issues and within 24 hours to 30 hours he was able to get these things fixed for us. I personally appreciate that he did this in such a timely matter. He kept in touch with us to make sure we were happy and I appreciate that as well. I would rent from again, however I would’ve like to have all these issues prior to us coming to the property. I would recommend him and the property in the future. I may even stay there again if I decide to come to see the horses race at Saratoga Springs next year.

Bachelorette Weekend
This place is beautiful! We had a group of 12 ladies and we had a lovely stay. The place was clean and stocked with towels, pots/pans and dishes so we had everything we needed. There were enough beds between the rooms and the pull out couch that everyone was comfortable. Nick & Lynn were great, very responsive, and check-in/check-out was very easy. The location was PERFECT, a quick walk from the shops and restaurants and bars. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place and these hosts! Thank you Nick & Lynn for everything!

Unbelievable
This is one of the greatest properties I have ever stayed at. It was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It was extremely clean, convenient to downtown and extremely accessible. Nick and Lynn were fantastic hosts they respond IMMEDIATELY to messages. And they offered to allow us to check in 3 hours early and it completely saved our lives. The house was so comfortable and everyone single guest we had had a place to sleep comfortably. My gf and our friends will be doing Saratoga once a year and this is where I will be staying.

Perfect place for a family gathering
We had a wonderful weekend in this property. I picked it from the photos, almost completely because of the kitchen, and I was right. The bedrooms are great, the bathrooms are great, but for time spent with loved ones, the gathering spaces are vital. The kitchen is fabulous, with a huge island that was perfect for group chopping and assembling of a Mexican buffet, and big family breakfasts. Between the island and the table, the entire group could sit and eat at the same time, and linger over coffee and talk and laugh. And laugh. Our ski plans were thwarted by the lack of snow, but we went ice skating and spent some time on Broadway, and enjoyed a lot of time relaxing in the kitchen. The living room could use a few chairs. The two sofas are fine, but then we had lots of people sitting on the floor. And while we didn't need both sofa beds, it is a bit deceptive to advertise two sofa beds because in the current configuration, only one can be opened at a time. The house is well stocked with all the necessities, good quality dishes and pots and pans and utensils....it's the best place we've ever rented, and we hope to come back next year. The 11 am checkout time seemed awfully early, and cut the already short weekend even shorter. But the property exceeded expectations, was very convenient and well cared-for, and the owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. Our hope is to give ourselves a weekend at this place again next year for Christmas!

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Clean, great common space... listing a bit deceiving
We stayed for 4 nights with 5 adult couples. I will start with the positives - amazing location, just a few minutes walk to the heart of Broadway. The place was also very clean and updates have been made to the unit. The TV room and kitchen are great for hanging out! There are also nice appliances, and the bathrooms are nice On a negative note, the listing should emphasize the layout of the unit. It's one super long floor. It almost feels like an old dentist office. The master bedroom shares walls with two other bedrooms, which have been blocked off by curtains and glass doors Truly, they should only rent this as a 2 bedroom as there are only 2 rooms that I would deem as "private." There is a completely OPEN stairwell that could lead you right to the front door of the law office. You can see the front door when you're walking around upstairs. VRBO should require they install a wall and door for privacy. It's a bit unsettling when you first enter and feel exposed. I think part of renting a VRBO space is that is entirely private and secure, unless you explicitly state the setup and let it be known that this is more or less a shared space. I understand that no one should be using those stairs, but the possibility still remains. Fortunately, the common spaces are far away from this stairwell, so no concerns there. Lastly, important to note that the bunk room is very small. No bigger than a large closet and the bunks are small for an adult. Would be OK for kids!

Awesome place!!
There were nine ladies that stayed at the penthouse!! We were all very pleased with everything about it!! We attended the witch walk and dance event and had a blast!! All of us have agreed that this is where we want to stay next year as well. Once we get a confirmed date for it we will be booking it for our stay again.

2024 50th Birthday
My family and I went to Saratoga to celebrate my 50th Birthday. The Belmont Stakes happened to be the same weekend , so we went to the racetrack for the day. It was a really fun experience. The house is amazing. It was spacious, clean, and just a couple of blocks from the main strip. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen is great for a small group to share some laughs and have a great time. I would definitely recommend this house and the people who own and manage it. When we return to Saratoga in the future we hope to stay here again.

Spotless space, amazing location
The space is exactly as advertised. 5 bedrooms, 2 full/1 half bath, well-equipped kitchen. It was spotless when we arrived (and hopefully pretty close when we left), and very comfortable. It is about a block from a small Stewarts store where you can get some groceries, and just a few blocks from the main action in the town with all its restaurants, coffee shops, art, etc. We had comfortable seating for 11-12 at dinner when we put the "kids" at the kitchen counter. It was nice to have such a large kitchen/dining area with a separate living room for separate zones of visiting. At first it felt surprising to have the back 3 bedrooms be open to the office suite below, but there was no noise transfer from the offices even though the large staircase was open. The skylights made the place feel bright and cheerful. The town is not silent - there are plenty of loud trucks and sirens - but we slept through most of it. We were not there during racing season, which we understand to be much more active.

Awesome bachelor weekend
Couldn’t have been better. It was easy rating on location (5 minute walk to downtown) cleanliness, and overall accommodation and accuracy of the listing. What stood out, however, is that Nick was communicative on various special requests, and when we had some minor damage, was very understanding and worked with me to make sure he was understanding of what happened. He even helped get a pair of sneakers shipped out that were left behind! Couldn’t recommend the spot or the host more. Hope to come back, for longer next time.

Loved the location, overpriced
I liked the apartment very much but it needs couple of changes. The carpet is too old even the rugs in the restrooms. The bathroom doors have locks broken. The listing should say that the master room does not have a bathroom. It is a shared one. And the second full bath is in the kitchen. There is an indoor stairs that are open (just with a sign) so the downstairs people (LAW firm) don’t come up.; in the morning you can hear them talking. I really liked the multiple rooms and been comfortable. The laundry machines are great but It was full full of towels. We stayed 9 nights. Had a great time in Saratoga Springs It has restrictions that shouldn’t for the amount paying.
