The Space:
Experience an equestrian/polo Saratoga vibe here at this historic newly updated second floor 2 bed/ 1 bath, ~850ft² Saratoga Stay by Green Springs. Positioned in the heart of downtown, walkable to downtown or the Saratoga Race Course, this location, easily accessible to the best Saratoga has to offer, can’t be beat. Just a convenient few steps from the parking lot will find you at the entrance of this second floor unit. We have carefully outfitted the space with all of the accommodations you’ll want or need for relaxing, cooking, dining, sleeping, bathing, working or web surfing.

LAYOUT:
At the top of the entry stairway, a left will lead you through the full kitchen towards the full bathroom or through an exterior door out to the private balcony perfect for morning coffee and evening wind downs. A right at the top of the entry stairway will find you in the living room across from the next door Queen bedrooms all outfitted with ceiling fans and Roku TVs. Transom windows and vaulted ceilings provide an expansive yet cozy feeling filled with warm natural light yielding a clean, open, relaxing environment.
BEDROOMS:
For sleeping there are two bedrooms next door to each other each outfitted with a Queen bed with plentiful pillows and warm cozy seasonal layers.
KITCHEN/ DINING:
For meal time there is a high top kitchen table for 4 complete with place settings, plentiful bakeware and cookware as well as a shared outdoor grill for a wide variety of culinary prep wants and needs. Stocked with toaster, blender, coffee nook and all major stainless steel appliances including every chef's favorite, a gas range.
BATHROOM:
For bathing there is a beautiful newly renovated subway tile full tub/shower bath stocked with beauty care basics and plentiful bath linens.
RELAXATION:
For indoor relaxation you’ll find board games along with Smart TVs powered by free high speed internet, complete with basic cable loaded with streaming services apps ready for personal login access.
OUTDOORS:
For outdoor enjoyment there is a private balcony just outside the kitchen with seating for lovely seasonal relaxation. There is also a shared charcoal grill stored in the back of the building for use in our shared outdoor space.
LAUNDRY:
Property shared coin laundry room available for use during your stay.
Guest Access:
This is a multi unit property. Each individual apartment has its own private secure entry. The entire unit is yours and in no way accessible to any other building occupants.
The Neighborhood:
This property is ideally positioned between a quiet neighborhood on the backside and the invigorating bustle of Saratoga from the front. Mere blocks of easy walking to either Saratoga’s race course or downtown Broadway’s shopping, dining, parks and nightlife.
Given the downtown corner lot location there is potential for related audible noise. Complimentary earplugs available to accommodate guest preference.
